This home offers everything on one floor so you don’t have to worry about stairs. There are 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Private master suite and keyless entry. Interior recently remodeled with new/refinished flooring throughout. Full size washer and dryer. Located 250 yards from direct beach access and no main roads to cross. Close to Oak Island Pier. Home is umbrellaed by mature live oaks and is within walking distance to shops, pier and restaurants. Wilmington is only 45 minutes away and Myrtle is an hour away. Fiber internet. YouTube TV through Apple TV. Outdoor shower with cold and hot water. Plenty of outdoor seating. No smoking. Pets accepted upon approval .
