This family friendly property is an easy walk to Goolwa Beach with only the dunes separating you from the beach. This light filled home has a front and rear living area with the kitchen, dining area separating the two. 3 good size bedrooms, two bathrooms and a rear entertaining balcony.

Please note: a $500 bond applies to all bookings.

* Spacious front living area with flat screen TV and DVD
* Kitchen and dining area - dining overlooks the sand dunes of Goolwa Beach
* Rear living area with flat screen TV and access to the balcony and gorgeous views of the sand dunes
* 3 bedrooms - master bedroom with a queen bed, second bedroom with a queen bed and third bedroom with a set of bunks and a single bed
* Two bathrooms - one with a bath, shower, vanity and w/c and second with a shower, vanity and w/c
* Rear balcony overlooks the sand dunes with outdoor furniture and access to the fully fenced rear yard
* Off street parking
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* WIFI not provided

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.

An amazing stay :)
We had a great trip staying at this house, the location was perfect (right on Goolwa beach) Such a beautiful house, the deck was amazing at sunset, you get to see so many stars! Overall this place allowed us to create some great memories, would definitely visit again :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location with backyard access to trail that is a short walk over/through the dunes to get to the beach. Short drive to town and river. Doesn't look very exciting from the outside but spacious and comfortable inside. We enjoyed the two living areas. Comfy main bed. Two renovated bedrooms and one with a view. Secure backyard. Make sure you bring EVERYTHING as there wasn't even a dish brush or dish cloth. We enjoyed our mini break in the comfy home.

A Lovely Spot in Goolwa Beach
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was quite nice and although it is an older home with a sloping driveway, with old furniture, the photos on website don't do justice to it so don't judge a book by it's cover! Despite the description of this property being a little vague regarding what is and isn't supplied, we found the home to be very well equipped, plenty of kitchen supplies, crockery and cutlery etc. Could have used a few microwave bowls. Kitchen is in desperate need of an update (cupboards loose and outdated, many floor tiles cracked), lounge furniture outdated but still comfy! House and property was very clean and well maintained. 2 newly updated bathrooms a bonus, 1 shower only, 1 bath only, 2 loos! Location to beach behind the dunes not too far to walk in either direction. A short drive to Goolwa shops, market, restaurants and attractions. Definitely worth a look, would recommend and would stay again!

We were very disappointed with the property. We did not notice that the property had no Wifi, particularly for the cost of stay and it was importnat for us to be able to have Wifi. There was only one airconditioner in the property and it only cooled one room and as it was a hot week, all other rooms were not acceptable to stay in particularly for the price. We were unable to use our phones as there was very poor/limited reception. We only stayed one night in the property and did not use any facilities except toilet and water tap. the front door alos shut behind me on the first day and i was unable to organise to get another key for a couple of days (mainly my fault), but 1 key for the house is also unacceptable.

Not worth the stay
Cold and an unpleasant place to stay especially with young children. Things don't work, no heating, no WiFi, no reception and you need to bring your own linen. Alot of weeding and removing of dead debris needs to be done. The house is not kept in good shape.

Behind the dunes
It was great to have different living areas in which to eat, do the jigsaw, watch a movie, play games, read books, with views across the green sandhill area to the lookout and lifesaving tower beyond.

Not quite as advertised. Promoted as access via rear yard to bikeway and this is incorrect. Assumed 2 bathrooms is ensuite + 1 other bathroom and this is incorrect. TV in main living area not working.... disappointed for money paid which is a pity for great location. Some improvements needed.

The 2 living areas were a great asset to the property. Great outlook to the Goolwa dunes. Access to washing machine was a little challenging.
