Lots of Games include! This is professionally decorated and includes top quality mattresses, furnishings, fully equipped (including our own home beach towels), large flat screen TV's in all bedrooms. The Fabulous 5 Star resort amenities 2 restaurants/bars, workout room, kid play zone, tennis courts, basketball court, sand volleyball court, small marketplace, arcade room, bike rentals, etc. A vacation lover's dream! This is a great cost effective way to get 5 star quality, enjoy memorable family/group time, & plenty of room to eat-in!

Disney 2024

Property was perfect for our family. It is a great location for the parks and the facilities at the development are great as well. The grand kids loved the pool and the adults loved the spa. It was perfect, so glad we finally made this trip to Disney with the grand kids. Only downside was one daughter was unable to make the trip with her 3 little ones as well as our son and his wife. Hopefully next time. We will definitely look at booking this property again.

Wonderful!

This house was perfect for our Disney Bachelorette group of 10! Plenty of space, especially as far as bathrooms are concerned. Movie theatre was so cute, just wish we had more free time to use it on our trip. Pool/hot tub were wonderful, especially using the hot tub at the end of a long day at the parks! Only complaint was that the shuttle schedule was fairly limited. We weren't able to take advantage of it because the shuttles came after parks opened and we wanted to maximize our time.

Great house location with room for improvements.

Positives: Very clean big house in great resort location. Love that there is a bathroom in each bedroom. Nice decor. Movie theater and garage entertainment was a great feature for teens and kids. Lots of towels. Fridge in garage cools nicely and fast. Popcorn machine in theater room very cool. Negatives: Oven did not work properly. Remote controls in several rooms not working. Ice maker in fridge not working. Mattresses are extra firm. Water heater slow to warm first days-10 minutes to heat up. Not a cook start package. There is playstation in the movie theater but not the remote control charger. A few things to be aware. There is sign on AC thermostat that it can not lower than 72 and if AC freezer you have to pay to unfreeze. Therefore, if you are someone that needs to lower the AC at night (like I do in my house at 68) for a good night sleep, this house may not be for you. Also, there a pool alarm for which you have to press a button and have seconds to go outside and close the sliding door. Same thing to go inside. If not, the alarm will sound. It is loud. It took a couple of days for everyone in the party to get used to that.

3 disappointing days out of 4

On arrival the kitchen was infested with small red ants. IMMEDIATELY noted on floor, counter, sink, cabinets. Refrig was warm (apparently had been accidently turned down) so no place to keep our groceries cold until it caught up late at night. We tried to use the refrigerator/freezer in the garage and everything froze.We avoided the kitchen. The next morning the ants were worse than ever. Tried to kill and clean up as many as possible again along with a large cockroach in a shoe. Nobody wanted to use the kitchen. Called the management company who said they would send someone for ants,roaches, refrig and Br sink draining problems. When we returned the sinks had been opened but we could not tell that anyone had been there for extermination as there were just as many ants as before We called again late that night and asked for retreatment. A note from the exterminator was left this time and by that evening improvement however we did find 2 small roaches and 1dead. Day 1, 2 and 3 very little use of the kitchen due to infestation which meant we were eating out more than planned. Day 1, unable to use refrigeration plus all days on the lookout for more roaches.We understand ants and roaches are difficult to control in Florida. Our host was helpful at first but it was very upsetting to hear that WE were likely the ones that left a door open and allowed this to happen. I can assure as hot as it was that was not possible for hundreds of ants to march in on our arrival. Great location

Very nice home

Everything was great in the home. My only small issue is the remotes were not aligned with the TVs. The remote for the downstairs master bedroom controlled the living room tv and I couldn’t ever find a remote for the master bedroom. Several were in the wrong rooms but I was able to sort those out. Perhaps someone can make sure they are where they need to be prior to guest arriving.

Family patadise!

Everything about this host and house was perfect!!! Quick response on any question and super friendly. House had everything! We were traveling with a 6 and 3 year old. They LOVED the beautiful pool, theater room and games that were available for our use. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and very clean. The Waterpark was amazing! Also Finns Restaurant right on the property was great food at fair prices. The location was excellent for Disney parks. To sum it up...just a delightful experience. We will DEFINITELY stay here again😃

LOVED IT!

A group of ten adults and we ALL enjoyed our stay! The house was in a clean, safe, convenient location. The owner was extremely attentive and easy to communicate with. The house was spacious and clean and had everything we needed! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a short term rental located off of Disney property. Thank you for a great stay!
