Great location; Nice property

Loved the stay. Property was kept very nice, host super responsive, and the neighborhood was perfect—quiet but still close to everything. Spa shower was a nice plus.

Family Visit

Just what I needed

Great Madison Park location. The kitchen came in handy for breakfast and the bed was comfy. The makeup mirror was a nice surprise. I will stay here again!

Wedding at the Arboretum

This was a great location for the event at the Arboretum. The property is clean and the bed comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, easy on street parking, and with many dining options within walking distance.The steam shower was an incredible bonus. Highly recommend.

Great place, awesome location!

My wife and I planned a trip to Seattle for a week and this place was perfect for us. We had the whole unit to ourselves. Plenty of street parking. Located in a nice area and a short drive to everything. You did hear the owners upstairs and their dog but that didn’t bother us at all. Would definitely stay here again!

The place is ABSOLUTELY charming and 5-star full! Highly organized, clean, and just plain awesome. The use of space and the garden fully round up the experience. Lastly, the sauna-steam set up is an out of this world experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT

A lovely spot tucked away in Madison Valley

This little space was the perfect spot for me to spend my time in while visiting Seattle. It was central to public transportation, had ample food delivery options, and was just a few minutes away by bus to the local grocery store. Many eateries and coffee shops were a short walk away. I did have a bit of navigating to do to get down the stairs to the unit with large suitcases and a narrow walkway (the owner's vegetable garden is in full bloom this time of year), so be prepared to walk suitcases down one at a time if need be. Also, the air con was a stand alone unit that required emptying of water pretty regularly, but it was a quick walk to the bathroom to drain it. Overall, this spot is well worth the money and was a really relaxing space to spend time. The owners have done a lovely job of making this into a spot to relax and unwind!

3-night 50th High School Reunion stay

It was a great location close to everything. Very comfy. Nice kitchen, great spa-bathroom, and bedroom with an east-facing mountain view. Stairs going down to lower level rental were well lit. Parking was not a problem and the neighborhood felt safe.

Clean and Charming

What a fabulous place! Everything was so clean, the back patio was a pleasure and the steam shower was exactly what I needed after a long day. Hosts were responsive but kept to themselves (just how I like it). Walkable area with cute restaurants and shops. Hope to stay at here again.

Perfect Seattle Hideaway

Devon's Madison Valley basement apartment is the perfect place to stay in Seattle! The suite is comfortable and quiet and the private patio is a wonderful place to drink coffee in the morning and even get some work done, due to the excellent WiFi available. Also, 26th Avenue East is close to both Madison St., Mercer St., and MLK Way, so you can get out and get going to anywhere in the city easily. Madison Valley is a fine neighborhood for everything except a large grocery store, but those are within close driving distances. I will stay here again on my next trip to my childhood home city!

Great Visit!

Cute place. Loved the steam shower. The location was very quiet yet close to Capital Hill. The separate kitchen area was nice too. One thing to note, you can hear movement upstairs. I live in a downtown area so this doesn’t bother me. But, if you’re a light sleeper, that may be an issue. Overall, highly recommend staying here.

Clean and Comfortable

This apartment was a great place to stay. It was clean and comfortable (super comfy bed), and the shower was fantastic! The area is also safe and quiet, while still being close to lots of things. We could hear people and dogs above us, but it was never an issue for us since it was only occasionally when we were awake.

Quiet neighborhood — easy walking to Madison valley

Comfortable bed in a clean quiet unit. Stairs to the flat were lined with healthy young veggie plants, would be a treat to be there when they ripen. Private patio expands the unit nicely. Agreeable and accessible host, too.
