We had a nice stay. The property was great for our younger kids. The lake was swimmable although a bit muddy and weedy so you’ll want to be sure to bring water shoes.
The cabin was clean and the owner was nice to communicate with. It truly is one of the best spots for fishing on this lake and just from the end of the dock as we caught many sunnies and bass!! Many smiles on our three kiddos faces throughout the weekend.

A lakeside gem!
The home is in very good shape and is very well equipped, especially the kitchen. We loved the patio on the lakeside. It was cool even on the hottest days. Our family took many meals on the patio and spent many afternoons there. The internet access isn't very good though and while you can check e-mail or surf the web, you really can't stream video and the more people using it the slower everything was. The bedrooms are dark and quiet--very good sleeping. Not much closet space, but that's not really too much of an issue. Nice washer and dryer available.
The Lake has a muddy bottom and some weeds, but the owners sprayed for the weeds and we really didn't find them a problem. Most of us wore aqua socks when we went in, but the water was warm and the lake is absolutely stunning. Very good fishing, including from the end of the dock. A quiet lake that was lovely for kayaking. There were only people at the neighboring homes a couple of times and often we felt like we had the lake to ourselves. Need to bring your own lake toys.
Deb is a very easy person to work with. When we had an problem with something at the house, she responded immediately and addressed the issue quickly. We will be back!!!

The house is clean and the kitchen was well stocked.
The mosquitos were horrible so our group of 7 was not able to spend as much time outside as we would have liked. You will need bug spray! The downstairs living room was fairly comfortable for watching movies, but it would be nice to have more furniture upstairs in the living room. The lake was clean, but it was a little tricky launching our portable raft because of the rocks that prevent erosion. Overall we had a good 3 overnight stay.
