Beach Therapy is located in the heart of Topsail Island. As the name implies, relax and enjoy your time at this beautiful location. This beautiful and inviting home is located only 1.9 miles from the traffic light in Surf City.

Access to the duplex is through a wet/dry entry located on the first level with enough parking for five vehicles (three under the carport). Wake up in the morning in the large primary bedroom and hear the sound of the waves, or drink your morning coffee from the adjoining deck overlooking the scenic beach. The spacious primary suite features a king size bed and adjoining primary bath. The house also offers two additional spacious bedrooms with adjoining baths, queen beds and single sleeper sofas. Each bedroom has a flat screen HDTV with built-in DVD player and digital cable service with HD DVR capability, including a 47" in the primary bedroom.

The living area features an open-concept floor plan with stunning ocean views. The kitchen is very well equipped with new appliances including a Keurig coffee maker and an ice cream maker. The living room has a 47” flat screen Smart TV with Blu-Ray DVD player and high speed wireless internet. The dining area features a large table that seats 8 comfortably.

Direct access to the beach is provided from either of the two covered decks that lead out to a 250 square foot sun deck. Each deck is gated and has patio furniture so you can relax and enjoy the great beach views. Beach chairs as well as various beach toys are provided to make your time at the beach even more relaxing and fun-filled! Please note: For security purposes, there are two exterior cameras—both facing the beach. Notice: Please be advised that a beach renourishment project will be underway in Surf City, NC, starting December 1, 2024, and is expected to conclude in May 2025. During this project you may see and hear heavy machinery, dredging, and activity in the area.
