This condo has a second-level entry with no elevator access. The two-story newly remodeled three-bedroom three-bathroom condo is on the second and third floor of the building, located in the heart of Sun Valley Village, and has 1400 square feet of living space. On the main level are the living room, kitchen, dining room, one of the bedrooms, and a spacious deck. The open-concept living area has good light with windows all around. This comfortable living space includes a new 52-inch flat-screen, smart TV with cable and streaming, and a gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make delicious meals and has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. There are two bar stools at the countertop for a quick breakfast. The dining table seats 6 and opens to the deck with four chairs with a table.
The bedroom on this level can either be a King or two twins upon request. There is a 32-inch flat-screen TV and beautiful garden views. The bathroom has a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.
Upstairs are the other two bedrooms and baths. At the top of the stairs, you will find a stack washer/ dryer in the hallway closet and a kitchenette. The large master bedroom can either be a King or two twins, upon request, there is a gas fireplace, seating area, drop leaf dining table with 4 chairs, and a 40-inch flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. The second bedroom can either be a King or two twins, upon request, has a 32-inch flat-screen smart TV and access to a small deck with chairs and a table. The bathroom has a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. Sofa bed in one of the guest bedrooms. There is no elevator in the building to get to the second floor where the condo is located.
Complex Features: The Cottonwood Condominiums are located on Dollar Road just across from the Sun Valley Village. The Sun Valley Pavilion is about two blocks away. This is the best location for convenient access to indoor and outdoor ice-skating rinks, shops, and meeting facilities. The location is known for its privacy and tranquility, featuring a blend of comfort, warmth, and scenery. Landscaping includes ponds and streams on the grounds. Bald Mountain ski lifts are 1.5 miles away and Dollar Mountain ski lifts are 0.5 miles away. Both ski lifts and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Cottonwoods. In the summer the bike path provides miles of scenic biking or walking enjoyment.
Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 8 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time.
Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
