This is a freestanding Oceanfront beach home with unobstructed views.

"Bella Luna" is an oceanfront pet-friendly Tybee cottage with unobstructed views of the ocean from the oceanfront deck and a private sundeck off the top floor primary bedroom suite. This Tybee home is located mid-island within walking distance to many popular Tybee restaurants and shops.
Below the oceanfront deck is a convenient outdoor shower.
The top floor of "Bella Luna" is a spacious oceanview open floor living space with a kitchen, living area, and dining table. The formal dining table has seats for eight guests, plus an additional three seats at the dining counter. Or, enjoy meals outside on the covered oceanfront deck.
Off of the hallway is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There are two bedrooms on the top floor. The primary main bedroom suite has a wet bar, sundeck, full bathroom, and a queen bed.
The second bedroom on the top floor has a queen bed and easy access to the full bathroom located in the hallway.
There are three bedrooms, a laundry room, and another full bathroom off of the hallway on the home's ground level. The third bedroom is a large suite with a king bed and a private full bathroom. The third bedroom's attached full bathroom has a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a large jetted tub.
The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The fifth bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth and fifth bedrooms have access to the full bathroom conveniently located off of the hallway on the ground level.
The laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is also located on the ground level of this home.

There is parking for four vehicles at this home. (Two inside the garage and two right outside the garage.)

Excellent Weekend Family Vacation
We really enjoyed this eclectic beach house, and loved waking up the ocean and beach right out the back door. The house is large, well stocked, and had more than enough spaced for my husband, our two girls, and my in-laws. It is a short walk to a few excellent restaurants, and we were able to get an uber easily to go to downtown Savannah for a day trip.

Great place for large families
The home is deceptively large inside. Normally pictures on websites make the spaces seem bigger, that was the opposite here. We have a number of family members and we never felt like we were crowded or needed more space. the location is very easy to find and has great beach access.

Ocean View - house has incredible ocean vista
3 of the bedrooms are perfect for adults. The other two bedroom on the first floor are more suited for children or young teens. The open-floor plan upstairs is wonderful with plenty of room for eating and lounging.Beach access is amazing - private path as close to the water as possible. Property managers are extremely helpful. They responded immediately to any questions we had.

This house is in an amazing location. The interior is spacious. We had 4 generations all together and the layout worked perfectly. Tybee Island is a hidden gem.

Great Beach House
This location was perfect! Our group of eight friends was very comfortable. We enjoyed being able to enjoy the view from the covered porch when we came off the beach. We particularly enjoyed seeing the various ships coming and going. The house was very roomy and had everything we needed. When we discovered leaking from the ac unit, the property management had someone on site within a few hours. I do feel the downstairs could use a bit more attention as there was evidence in the ceiling of past water leaks. All in all, it was a great house and we would stay again.

A great time was had for our family!! Plenty of room for our family ,including 2 toddlers.This is the second year we have stayed at this property.The kitchen is totally stocked with anything that you may need,for we have some great cooks in our family.The house is clean enough,but could use more of a thorough cleaning .Really nice to have a big laundry room with an extra refrigerator.Hopefully it will be available to us next year😁

Amazing location. Dated decor, but who cares, you spend all your time enjoying the spectacular beach. The house is accessible except for the bathrooms, which need grab bars. Property management was responsive and super helpful.

Beautiful beach view & access-great location
The house was great, right on the beach & within about a mile walking distance to restaurants and shops. The house is very spacious with plenty of room for 10 women. Having more cozy furniture in the living room would have been nice, but we spent most of our time at the table and out on the balcony. Would recommend this rental to others.

Great house, wonderful location.
Very spacious, well maintained home in a superb location. This house can accommodate a lot of people, as such the only minor gripe was that the kitchen needed bigger frying pans. Making breakfast was a challenge. Ocean Front Rentals were fabulous to work with. Highly recommend this home.

This property worked great for our family. We were very happy. The location was perfect, the house fit all of us. A couple of the fans didn’t work and a bathroom sink didn’t drain but those things are so minor! Thank you for a wonderful week!

We enjoyed our our stay at the Bella Luna property. Cost of stay was primarily to house located directly on the beach. Could not ask for a better location. Positives- interior was clean, fresh quality towels, all appliances worked. Negatives- all furniture was worn & dated, exterior messy (beer cans & liquor bottles left on ground), landscaping not kept up, Overall the condition of our surroundings didn't keep us having a enjoyable week.

Overall, we hung out on the deck. Beautiful location where we could enjoy the beach from the deck or a close walk. The place has very uncomfortable furniture and the bed mattresses were all pretty hard. It needs a thorough cleaning, dusting the ceiling fans mostly. We really loved the kitchen but the burners don't all work nor the microwave. We enjoyed ourselves on the deck. Please get rid of that wicker furniture that all 6 of us couldn't sit on for long. Great place, though. Just needs updating!!

Great house on Tybee
Bella Luna was a lovely home with a few issues. The location is fabulous, close to the beach, restaurants & shopping. Only a few changes would make this home an absolute 5 star stay. First, the living room furniture needs replaced. Uncomfortable, old & not enough seating. for everyone. Second, the carpet in the main floor bedroom needs replaced. Stained & dirty. The rest of the house, (flooring), is laminate & is easily kept clean. The overall house was clean, roomy & a great vacation spot. Despite the above issues, we would definitely rent this house again!!!

The house has a great view and big rooms. Weird smell in master toilet space. Appliances are too dated and kitchen equipment is understocked and unorganized. The kitchen refrigerator didn't cook properly nor have a filter fresh to use. No blender. Lack of pots and pans. Not enough porch furniture for seating. Uncomfortable mattresses. The cleaner came at 9:30 looking in the windows, with us already having a. Unusually early 10 am checkout this made it more stressful. Having to pick up and drop off physical keys is highly inconvenient. Get a lockbox onsite. And provide beach towels and chairs, just charge more if stolen.

Outdated and unclean
The only good thing about this property was the location and being on the beach. It was dirty and had many stains on the carpets. Extremely outdated furniture, in fact had an outdoor wicker couch for the living room which was old, and falling apart. No area for the family to all gather and relax together. Fixtures were falling apart, in bathrooms and kitchen. One of the burners on the stove did not work. In fact the utensils and pots/pans were old and needs updating. Outside on the deck overlooking the beach, the lounger chairs were broken, and not enough seating for everyone to enjoy. Overall WAY too expensive for what the house actually was. Old, outdated, dirty and not as advertised. We will not be staying here again. Very disappointed!
