Welcome to the luxurious Sanctuary in Seaside, Florida- a 1 bedroom, 1-bath honeymoon, beachfront cottage, offering romantic accommodations and panoramic gulf views from your very own private balcony!

Sanctuary is a peaceful retreat including a kitchen, primary bath, and king suite, as well as designer furniture throughout. What a perfect space for a coastal getaway in Seaside, FL!

The main level boasts a king bedroom with a flat-screen TV, a private bath with a tile shower, and a private lower screened-in porch with a deep soaker tub. Upstairs is a spacious living room with a wrap-around sofa, and flat-screen TV, complete with views of the gulf from the living room. Nearby, guests can locate a fully equipped kitchen. Your private balcony is just off the living room. Enjoy a morning coffee or a nightcap while overlooking the Gulf, or watch a beautiful sunset at your private outdoor dining table.

The following was our experience with Homeowner’s Collection:- Immediate response through text if we had questions. - Cottage was clean and decorated beautifully. - Location to everything was perfect - shopping, food, complimentary bike rental, market, spa, etc. - The firework show was directly in view from our cottage deck. - Beach access was located by our cottage- Special gifts when we arrived at our cottage from Homeowner’s Collection- Great to ride our bikes to play Pickleball and ride to other areas on the trails. - Even though the cottage is small it is perfect for 2 people with plenty of areas to hang clothes and store luggage. It feels very spacious, cozy and comfortable. We will be back! Homeowner’s Collection is very professional and we are impressed by their service !

The setup was very comfortable. The balcony was the best part for me, just relaxing in the chairs or hammock and listening to the ocean. The walkability was wonderful, just a few minutes to lots of food choices and some leisurely shopping. The one negative was the refrigerator situation. The refrigerator was tiny and had an unpleasant odor. Overall though, I very much enjoyed my stay.

The beach is just a few steps from the boardwalk leading to the beach which has a secure, private entrance for the cottage guest only. The cottage is great and well maintained along with the surrounding properties. Once you park your vehicle, there is really no need to drive again. Maybe a 3 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Very convenient! The view is great but you have to go to the upstairs porch to view the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The porch has a Hammack but when stretched out, takes up most of the porch space. In my opinion, a swing to sit in would be more relaxing. The staff at Homeowners Collection is awesome! Super helpful and friendly. Always answered our text or phone call promptly. Overall, a very relaxing getaway cottage. Highly recommend using Homeowners Collection for booking a property and we will definitely be coming again!

We would really have liked to have a small washer and drier (maybe put it in the little closet in the bedroom? I run and would liked to have washed things so i could pack less items. And would really suggest a small but full size refrigerator. We just didn't trust the other ones for anything but drinks and that made it hard to cook.
