Beautiful, well-kept cozy cabin surrounded by tall Ponderosa pine trees in popular and quiet Pinetop Lakes, close to Sunrise Ski Park. Enjoy a view of the outdoors from the wall of windows in the great room. Relax in the pleasant summer temperatures under one of two covered patios or on the sunny wrap-around deck. Work remotely at one of two desks equipped with high speed wifi and printer. After a long day, nap or read a book in the hammock in the shadow of the large pines. Or, in the winter, stay toasty warm around the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with gas logs. An open floor plan kitchen invites socializing among family and friends. For the outdoor enthusiast, skiing, hiking, fishing, golfing, horseback riding, and ATV trails are just minutes away. Or, enjoy a night out at the one of the many bars and restaurants nearby, and the Hon Dah casino is only 5 minutes away.

Our cabin sleeps seven in 3 bedrooms and a loft with a bed. Refresh and recoup in comfortable hotel-quality bedding. We have a pack-n-play for guests with infants. We stock the cabin with family-friendly games, puzzles, and playing cards to enjoy your time together.

We know that you will enjoy our relaxing mountain retreat as much as we do.

While we welcome guests who wish to rent for an entire month, we do not offer monthly rentals during the months of June, July, and December.

We take pride in the reviews we get that indicate how clean and well-maintained the cabin is. Part of keeping it that way for all our guests is our no-pets and no-smoking policy. We know that many families have pets that are part of the family. However, if you live in the Phoenix area, we'd happy to give you a recommendation on pet boarding. Additionally, we don't allow any smoking within the cabin or on the surrounding deck.

Reindeer House worth the trip

Reindeer House was clean, well equipped and in a nice quiet neighborhood surrounded by Poderosa Pines. The bed was comfy. We would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful cabin

You can't find better cabin to stay at . Beds were very comfortable what is rare for vacation rental . Kitchen is stocked with everything you need and whole cabin was very nicely decorated. We will be back for sure !

A lovely getaway

We recently stayed at Reindeer Cabin for a winter getaway with friends. The cabin was spacious, well cared-for and very comfortable. The owner has considered little details to ensure the stay is enjoyable and was easily reached for little questions during our stay. We would love to stay here again!

Best cabin in Pinetop!

This cabin was absolutely amazing! Our family had the best getaway to the snow. The cabin was clean, comfortable and cozy. Mark is a fantastic host and communicated before the stay and during the stay to ensure we had everything we needed. I cannot say enough about Mark and the cabin and we cannot wait to go back!

Long weekend retreat from Phoenix

My wife, 3 kids and myself wanted one last trip out of town before school started back up. This house was perfect for our needs! Good size house with plenty of beds and 3 bathrooms! The owner, Mark, was very helpful and responsive.

Beautiful cabin

The cabin is beautiful, clean and cozy. I love the view from the living room and the kitchen had everything I needed. Everything in the cabin is perfect. It’s the perfect place to relax, slow down and enjoy the beauty of trees and birds. My family and I are blessed to have the opportunity to stay in such a wonderful cabin. We would definitely like to rent it again.

Home away from home!!

This comfy log cottage is a treat filled with antiques inside and out. Walking around the property with so much to see was priceless!! Great location- 1/2 hour door to door. Host was quick to reply. Would highly recommend staying at this little gem!!! Will be booking again.

PERFECT getaway

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay at your lovely cabin. The check in could not be easier, the owner was kind and responsive and the home was beautiful. The down stairs was spacious and the wrap around porch was amazing for evening happy hour. We loved the extra half bath downstairs and the large master bedroom. The kids enjoyed the loft bed and the two extra rooms upstairs plus full bathroom made it perfect for mother in law and kids. My husband was able to easily work the week away as we all enjoyed evenings together. The fun down hill walk to the disc golf area and Pinetop Lakes Equestrian Center was enjoyable. We love bringing our bikes and the walk back to the beautiful cabin. Hope to rent again and appreciate you opening your lovely home to allow us family memories to enjoy!

A great place to get away

This is my families second year renting the property. Everything was as good as last year with some improvements. Mark checks in to make sure everything at arrival is as it should be. He even let us know the internet was down before we noticed and helped get it back up and running. The only downside is time goes to fast and we wish we would've stayed longer.
