This luxury 4 bedroom (3 bathroom) detached villa is located in an excellent position with views of the north and West La Manga Golf courses. Recently furnished to a high standard with 2 outdoor terraces and built-in BBQ. The villa is equipped with a LCD TV with English Channels including SKY and free WIFI. It's a short walk to the golf courses, tennis and fitness centre, all the on site bars and restaurants plus the local shops and supermarket. The villa shares a communal pool that is 10 meters from the property. There is ample parking outside the property and easy access to local amenities.

Great Stay

We spent a week in La Manga, few minutes walk to the racquets club where we predominantly spent most of our days. The villa itself was spacious and met our needs. The cleanliness of the bathrooms need more attention. Overall we had a good stay :)

Tennis weekend stay with adults

Fantastic stay at this Villa, great location for the tennis club, a 5 min walk down the hill to the club, the villa has great living areas and a lovely outdoor space which we used a lot. Bedrooms were fab. Would highly recommend. Great communication with the host and a great list of recommendations which we used.Hopefully be back soon. Thanks so much

Perfect reunion trip

House was perfect base for a long weekend with friends. 5 minute walk to bars, supermarket, tennis centre and taxi rank. Furnishings were tasteful and crockery, glasses, bedding, towels etc were of a good quality. Nothing too much trouble for our host and was a mine of information. Simple, straightforward booking, checking in and out process. Can’t recommend this villa enough.

A difficult start with happy ending

The villa is located at the heart of la Manga Club, with nice views, and lots of space for bigger families, not only in the rooms, also the living room and the terraces are excellent for family meetings. We were amongst the first renters after many months of travel restrictions due to Covid, and we had a large list of maintenance issues the first days. The owner was nevertheless very helpful and comprehensive, and managed to get most of them resolved in a few days, which was not an easy job. Once the maintenance problems were behind us, we really enjoyed the property and if you look for a villa with 4 bedrooms and plenty of space to have diner with the whole family this property is a good option.
