READ AD! This is a timeshare! There are only certain weeks available each year!! View Paradise as you look out on the balcony overlooking the ocean having breakfast. This one bedroom 2 full bathes condo has been fully renovated with tile/marble and other high-end amenities. It sleeps 4-6 with pull-out couch. Fully applianced and functioning kitchen. Large balcony with table and chairs. Washer and dryer in the unit. Directly on the beach with access to beach chairs. Walking distance to all the shops on Front St and many bars/restaurants including one in lobby. There is a $50/week surcharge. They only run Saturday to Saturday!!
