Villa is situated in a superb location, accessed by a quiet road leading up to the mountain within 200m from the sea and beach. One parking spot is provided in front of the villa for guests. On approximately 80 sqm of living space it comprises of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Attached to the villa is approximately 20 sqm. terrace, surrounded with a 900 sqm greenery with a large open grill. Ground floor accommodation: entrance hall, kitchen with all amenities, dining room, living room with wood burning fireplace, exit to the large roofed terrace.First floor accommodation: high ceilings, exposed beams, wood flooring, large master bedroom with balcony, second bedroom, luxury 4 piece bathroom suite and Italian tiles. The villa is fully air-conditioned and heated. The villa has Wifi internet access throughout.

Nice house in Morinje

You can reach by foot (150 meters) a little beach (no sand) and its beach bar, one litte market, two restaurants and one gastronomic restaurant. The house is very well equipped and cleaned. There is a nice bbq. The owners were kind and gave us good advices. We recommend this house for people that want mix holidays ...between beach and tourism. Be aware that the road closed to the house is quite busy and noisy. Parking in front of the house is tricky and possible only for a small car.

A lovely little villa in a charming location. It has everything you might need. The position is also excellent for explore around Kotor Bay. Lillian was wonderful and very helpful. We also booked a boat tour with her recommendation with Marko. Can highly recommend that, too.

Absolutely perfect !

This was by far the best property that we stayed in during our entire trip in Montenegro. A beautiful villa set up on the hill, in the most beautiful and peaceful surroundings, with spectacular mountain and sea views. Immaculately laid out with all the home comforts, and close to nice restaurants and beaches. Although we arrived a bit late due to travel issues, the owner was there to welcome us and made us feel really at home. We can highly recommend this villa as the perfect place to unwind, and will definitively stay there again. best regards Chris Banks

Beautiful house with a great view

The house is well equipped with a beautiful terrace that offers a great view across the hills and the Bay of Kotor. The coastal street nearby was a little noisier than expected. But overall we had a lovely time!

Wunderbares Haus mit Blick auf Berge und Meer

Wir haben in diesem Haus mit seiner Terrasse und dem herrlichen Blick und seiner guten Einrichtung 2 erholsame Wochen genossen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir finden den Standort als den besten in der ganzen Bucht (keine Kreuzfahrtschiffe und ein schöner kleiner Strand!). Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Perfect holiday week

Die Villa ist sehr gut und schön ausgestattet und liegt sehr nahe am schönsten Strand in der Bucht. Es gibt eine sehr schöne Terrasse und ein Lounge im Garten. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Betten im Kinderzimmer.....

Wunderschöne Villa mit tollem Meerblick

Feine Villa mit mega Terasse und Meerblick - super Ausstattung und sehr sauber - 3 min zum wunderschönen Kiesstrand - Liegen um 2,50 Euro pro Tag - Morinj ist klein aber sehr fein - 2 Restaurants, eine Strandbar mit super Cocktails und Musik der 70er und 80er :) - 1 Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Und auch ein Kajak gehört zur Villa! 1 großes Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage, das 2. Schlafzimmer hat ein Ausziehbett - es besteht aber auch die Möglichkeit, die Couch im Wohnzimmer auszuziehen. 2 Badezimmer, eines unten und eines oben...beide ganz hochwertig ausgestattet. Nette Vermieterin, hat uns super Tipps gegeben. Alle Daumen hoch!

All you need and more

We had a super time in Montenegro - the country is very very beautiful, people are friendly, the food is great, and affordable, and overall it is very clean. Morinj and villa Naluka are ideal: everything you need and more (that view!) and outside the crowds of Kotor. We had the best holiday in years, so for sure Montenegro is at the top of our list for our coming holidays.
