Peaceful elevated position yet 2 mins walk to local bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, bank, nightclub. 2 mins walk to Mercadona supermarket. 10 mins walk to the excellent Blue Flag La Mata Beach, with its stunning boardwalk into La Mata Centre. Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage, tolle Aussicht

Wir kochen sehr viel und hätten uns von allem etwas mehr gewünscht. Töpfe, Geschirr und Besteck sind nicht so zahlreich vorhanden. Die fehlende Kaffeemaschine mussten wir halt mit Instand Kaffee ersetzten. Bis auf den Backofen sind die Elektrogeräte in der Küche relativ neu und sehr modern, die 3 Klimageräte auch. Für 6 Personen wird es wahrscheinlich sehr eng, wir sind zu viert da gewesen. Es gab keine Probleme und somit einen schönen Urlaub.

Nice 2 bedroomed apartment

This is a comfortable and nicely presented apartment - perfectly adequate for me and my husband. It has a good sized terrace from which you can see the sea on one side. The only issues we had was finding TV channels on the TV and the keys not working to the back gates to the complex (so we had to walk round) Note the apartment does not have WiFi The pool is also a good size, but check opening times depending on time of year. The local beach is sandy and about 10-15 mins walk. It is up hill on the way back though. the Mercadona is just around the corner over the road, along with plenty of places to eat out. Note :The Mercadona is not open on Sundays. The bus stop is also around the corner from the apartment and will take you into Torrevieja or into La Mata. The owner communicates well and quickly to any questions asked. we also used their service to get picked up from the airport (which went exactly to plan) We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Une semaine à Torevieja

Belles vacances, résidence sécurisée, l’appartement très fonctionnel avec une très belle terrasse..et bien situé. Pour aller près du port de Torevieja (très jolie plage et magasins, animations) ou autres visites impérativement avoir une voiture, faut pas compter sur les bus. James est très réactif. Le soleil était au rdv. Je recommande !

La verdad para las fechas que era en Semana Santa , ha estado todo bastante bien por lo general , se echaba de menos que hubiera estado la piscina abierta, pero por lo demás todo perfecto. El trato con los encargados ha sido bastante atento.

Mooi appartement

Oppervlakte woning was prima, ruime kamer en slaapvertrekken. Badkamer was ook prima. Even een klein probleempje gehad maar dat werd direct door de eigenaar verholpen. Enig jammer punt is dat er geen wifi is zodat communicatie erg moeilijk wordt. Tevens was er geen uitleg over de werking van de TV-installatie waardoor zenderkeuze erg beperkt was

Property needs some TLC

Toilet seat cannot stay up regardless of sitting or standing as cistern sticks out too far. This is more annoying than I could ever have imagined. Toilet wont flush by finger the only way of flushing is by sticking a small bottle etc down and to try and hold it down. Not enough hot water for half a bath as my son found to his dissatisfaction. Bathroom sink loose so had to be careful not to put pressure on it. No soap in bathroom so upon arrival and using toilet no means of washing hands. At 1am EVERY morning either a road sweeper or dustcart stops outside the property and wakes up anyone in front bedroom. Walls of apartment very thin, can hear tv next door and even heard woman shushing my husband through the wall due to his snoring (fair enough!). There is a bottle to collect aircon water on balcony which over flowed during the night and caused my son to slip over and hurt himself on the first morning (there must be a better solution!). Walked down to beach and restaurants several times, the amount of dog mess on the only pavement is horrendous and ruins the entire experience. Constantly calling out "watch out turd", "don't step in that" etc there and back is very tiresome. On the plus side, Chris who met us and let us in was lovely and the washing machine and aircon worked fine.

Genial

El apartamento está genial, tiene de todo, está todo súper limpio y en buenas condiciones, la playa está a 15/20min andando en coche se tarda 5min dependiendo de qué parte de la playa quieras, está al lado de Mercadona, farmacias,..la verdad que está muy bien situado y si está genial, la piscina súper limpia, mis hijos se lo pasaron genial! Seguro que repetimos! Lo único malo, que solo hablan inglés y un pelin de español, dando gracias que mi marido si pudo hablar con ellos, si no, nos hubiese costado entendernos jejeje pero el hombre súper majo y agradable!

Vacaciones 2022

La casa está muy bien para unas vacaciones. Estaba limpia y tenía todo lo necesario para la estancia. Un lugar tranquilo, cerca de la playa y servicios. Hemos estado en una hola de calor con temperaturas muy altas pero en la casa se estaba genial ya que hay aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Lo único que podría mejorarse es que en el salón el sofá es pequeño para alojar a cuatro personas.

Tolles Appartement

Die Wohnung ist wirklich top. So eine Ferienwohnung wünsche ich mir für jeden Urlaub. Tolle Einrichtung, gute Aufteilung und die Klimaanlage war sehr gut. Es war mein erster Aufenthalt in Spanien und ich muss sagen die Sauberkeit der Umgebung lässt echt zu wünschen übrig, dafür kann der Vermieter allerdings nichts. Der Pool und die Anlage darum sind auch sehr schön. Lediglich das fehlende WLAN und Spülmaschine sind ein Abzug. Danke für die tolle Wohnung. Ich würde jedoch empfehlen englisch zu sprechen, da der Vermieter und seine Agentur aus England kommen.

Everything you need for a holiday

We have spent a very good time at James's property. He organized the communication with his local representative Sarah, who helped us with the airport transfer. It was a very warm welcome from local representative Chris who showed us the apartment and also took us back to the Alicante airport. We arrived late Saturday when the nearby supermarket Mercadona was closed, and it was closed on Sunday too. But there is the groceries shop "24H Z" open every day until 2 am on Carr. del Torrejón. On the same street, you can find restaurants and cafes. We can recommend visiting "Magani", all food is fresh and made from local products even Sangria. If you prefer to cook yourselves the kitchen in the apartment is very well equipped and there are plenty of cutleries. In the evenings we were sitting on the huge balcony enjoying the amazing sunset. The bus stop is close to the apartments, routes A2 and C riding to the town centre, and a driver sells tickets. If you are going to book a taxi you need to use WhatsApp because they do not accept bookings from foreign numbers, or to go to the taxi rank. The pool has been open only for the last few days of our stay but we got a good sunbath and swam on the beach. There is a beautiful garden around the pool, but just within walking distance you can find Aromatico Park and Molino de Agua Park with the restaurant "Queen Mississippi". If you will walk down by Ronda Jose Samper Garcia and cross the N-332 road you reach Natural Park Lagunas de La Mata. After all our walks it was so pleasant to sleep in the comfortable bedrooms. We highly recommend the apartment. Thank you, James, Sarah, and Chris!

Schöne Lage, nah am Strand und Supermarkt.nah an allen Städten und Orten. Wir buchen nochmals. Es war für uns eine zwischen Station. Wir gehen ein Bedandbreakfast ''Garden of Eden''anfangen in Benejúzar.

We bought this property for the close proximity to La Mata beach, quiet location and for the outdoor pool and extensive gardens.

What makes this property unique

The location is half way between Murcia San Javier Airport and Alicante Airport, making accessibility very easy, especially for visitors from the UK. The board walk along La Mata beach is very pleasant, along with the large salt water lakes that are within walking distance. There are some excellent restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The close proximity of the mercadona makes self catering very easy.
