This condo features plenty of living space with comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area. A large private balcony completes this beachfront retreat with all of the necessary furnishings to comfortably enjoy the breathtaking sunsets and watch for marine life. This amount is not considered as part of your total, but due prior to arrival. This amount will be refunded once unit has been cleared of any damage.
**A Pack-N-Play (not a crib) and/or Portable Booster Chair can be placed within your property as long as advised at least 48-hours prior to arrival and based on payment of a rental fee (Pack-N-Play $20.00, Booster Chair- $15.00).
