About this property

Condo has been completely renovated with premium laminate and ceramic tile flooring. Master Bath was expanded and new tub/shower as well as new vanity was installed. Complete;y repainted from smooth surface ceilings to baseboards. New ceiling fans and lighting fixtures install through out condo. Kitchen upgraded with stainless steel appliances and new counter tops. Condo is located in a gated community with great green space which includes large swimming pool, tennis courts and playground area. Kitchen is well stocked with and assortment of pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc..

Great stay

We enjoyed the stay. The house was super clean and close enough to amenities. Quiet/nice area. The check in/out process was simple and easy. Great communication with the host. Would definitely recommend staying here and if we come back to Charleston, we would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

Very comfortable and clean. Lovely grounds and the pool was wonderful. We loved the screened porch for morning coffee and evening visiting. Nice view of pond and interesting wildlife...Communication was fast and responsive with host. Very easy from airport, check-in, figuring things out. Highly recommend!!

Charleston vacation

Location was very good, short driving to downtown Charleston (20 minutes). Also easy drive to shopping and restaurants. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood condo is located.

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 4. Bathroom and Kitchen supplies were well stocked. The neighborhood was very quiet and had a security guard on duty 24 hours a day. One thing to note is that there isn’t a BBQ grill available even though it is listed as one of the amenities in the property description. Overall, a great property.

Comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet area. Apt. was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We would recommend anyone to stay here except it is on the second floor so not for handicapped individuals.

Comfortable and convenient

This property was comfortable and convenient. It was clean and provided what we needed. We were out most of the time, mainly, a place to have breakfast and sleep. The beds were comfortable and plenty of room. The screened in porch was nice and has a lovely relaxing view. If we are in Charleston again, we will stay there. Craig and Beth were very easy to contact. Very nice accommodation's.

Family mini vacay

The check in process was easy. Property managers are so sweet. Very clean. Peaceful and enjoyed family time together and watching wild life from the back sitting area. Most definitely will book again!! Very convenient to airport, local eateries, grocery, and shopping.

Prior to starting real estate career I was in management and traveled some so l always looked for accommodations which were very clean and good locations. Love my family, blessed to have some great friends and always enjoy making new friends. Enjoy just about any outdoor sport or adventure. Love to cook and grill out as well as working in yard and drinking cup of good coffee on back porch in the mornings.
