A single story one bedroom Spa Villa suite on the grounds of La Quinta Resort. Just steps from Spa La Quinta, you won't find a better location for a vacation rental in the Coachella Valley. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa, fireplace and a flat screen TV. A fully appointed kitchen with all major appliances and a dining table with seating for four highlights a great room that allows guests to enjoy the comforts of home in a world-class Waldorf-Astoria resort. The bedroom has a king bed TV and chest of drawers. The unit has a hall bathroom with a shower and a master bathroom with a double vanity, shower and soaking tub. French doors in the master suite open to a private patio that is located next to a community pool and hot tub. The condo sits only a short-walk to the main hotel lobby, conference center, restaurants and shops. The unit can be combined with SV004 (Single Story Spa Villa Studio with a King Bed) to create a spacious two bedroom Spa Villa (subject to availability). Enjoy a nice discount over hotel rates for this beautiful home and purchase spa and some hotel services on a fee basis. THE PROPERTY IS A PRIVATELY OWNED RESIDENCE AND GUESTS STAYING IN THE CONDO DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO ALL HOTEL SERVICES INCLUDING DAILY MAID AND ROOM SERVICE, THE MAIN HOTEL POOL OR THE FITNESS/TENNIS CENTER.

The Spa Villas at La Quinta Resort are a collection of privately owned townhomes surrounding Spa La Quinta. Guests enjoy a premier resort location, beautifully landscaped grounds and access to multiple pools and hot tubs throughout the community. The majority of the townhomes are less than a 5 minute walk to the main lobby area. Multiple dining options, a variety of shops and the resort's conference rooms are located near the lobby. The hotel environment provides a secure, serene setting to enjoy a world-class vacation. The community is a short-drive to the Mountain and Dunes Golf Courses, Old Town La Quinta and the Highway 111 shopping corridor.

La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's CareerBuilder Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. Perfect location

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for us, close to main restaurants and easy access to the main pool. We loved the smaller pool right outside of our gate. It was spacious and perfect.

Great on Resort Property

This property was great for my family! It was conveniently located on the La Quinta Resort property making it very easy to use the resort amenities, especially the golf cart service for rides for my grandmother! We stayed here during my sister's wedding and would love to return when we come back!

Spa Villa Getaway

This is the second stay with family. This time we rented the entire villa which adds another bedroom suite which was perfect for the four of us. The villa is well equipped and property management responds quickly to questions and requests.

Spacious retreat good value

Would return. Very spacious and comfortable in resort setting (plus bonus of being contiguous to La Quinta resort). Lovely patios, off kitchen/ dining, and master bedroom patio 20 feet from small pool and spa serving immediate cluster of units. Old style mission decor but comfortable and in keeping with setting (would benefit spirometer some updating). Large bedroom and master bath with double facing gas fireplace. Full kitchen, dated but functional. Lots of place settings but bit short in some areas. Only had Keurig coffee maker so ended up buying coffee in morning at onsite marketplace. If your wanting old style la Quinta charm this is the place.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall C grade. Villa was not very clean, poorly basics and all appliances very old. Updates badly needed. No place to put trash out fir collection. Stayed 2 weeks and had to put bags of trash in bathroom. WiFi antique.

The unit was clean, big and well located. There were a number of things that weren’t working that didn’t allow us to fully enjoy. The safe in the room doesn’t work. That’s huge for us. We don’t like to walk around with a lot of cash. Also, the keypad to lock the door to the patio/pool didn’t work either. So we had to walk around through the front door to enter/exit pool. This made it dangerous to walk onto a tile floor with wet feet. Had the patio door lock been operating, the entrance/exit to/from pool would be onto carpeting. The knobs on the washing machine are broken. It works but loads can’t be altered because of the broken knobs.

the location of this property is fantastic. y wife and i have stayed here many times. this unit was not clean!! actual dirt was on the floor. the wall going into the bathroom from the bedroom had a sweat stain from someone's arm sliding down the wall. the unit has very dated appliances and the tile on the island have large pieces missing. in the kitchen the floor has mildew stains. the master shower lead edge tile has a 50 cent piece of missing tile. i texted the property manager about several missing items and got replies like, the safe is out of order, the remote is missing for the ceiling fan. This unit needs a lot of work to get anywhere near the quality of most units in the area. renter beware...

Pass on this one until they rehab the unit

My family and I have been staying at the La Quinta resort in spa villas for at least 10 years, sometimes booking through the resort and sometimes doing VRBO for privately held villas. This was by far the worst maintained and dirtiest unit. Every wall was marked up, rugs and furniture extremely worn, the kitchen was poorly stocked of utensils, knobs were missing on cabinets, and the master bath toilet room smelled of mildew and looked as if it had mold growing on the floor (more to come on this) as Freddie B mentioned in his post in March, 2022. The management company did offer to clean but a cleaning was not going to make a difference. We tried to "tough" it out for 4 nights but on the last day we had ants attack the kids cereal in the kitchen and my daughter found mushrooms growing in the master toilet room, yes, the one that smelled of mildew (I wish there was a feature to post pictures)! At that point I walked over to the resort and rented a room event though it was already 5 pm as we had had it!

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more!! We love La Quinta Resort so much and stay often. This was by far our best stay there! Staying in the 1 bedroom Villa made it feel like a real home! We were so happy while there that we even booked our next trip while we were still there! Can't wait to go back in a couple months. We have shared the listing with several friends as well and can't wait to see them enjoy it with their families as well!

I have stayed in several of your Spa Villas and I must say this unit was sub-par when compared to the others. There were tiny ants in the kitchen, the hall bath toilet always ran, and the master toilet appeared to have a leak as the floor behind it was wet. There was also a musty mold like smell coming from that area. Not sure if there have plumbing issues there in the past, but the master bath also had a foul smell coming from the shower it was on. Other than that, the location on the grounds was excellent and I will be booking with your company again for my next stay in La Quinta
