Such a fantastic villa and our hosts Lucy and Emre were so helpful. Very quiet but close enough to town to walk down, and just a very short taxi ride back up the hill. All very comfortable, well equipped and beautiful pool and views out over the bay. We will definitely be back :-)
The Villa was exactly as described, well equipped, very comfortable and extremely clean. The pool was stunning and very well maintained. Lucy and Emre made us welcome and the provisions on arrival was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble and they recommended some wonderful trips and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed the traditional Turkish bbq laid on by Lucy and Emre, and wouldn't hesitate to return to Villa Narin.
We would not hesitate to recommend this Villa, the views from all levels were incredible of Kalkan bay, the facilities included everything you could possibly want & more, communication was excellent. Not sure the photos do it justice. Lucy & Emre were respectful of privacy but at the same time only a call away. The heat in August means you will always need a taxi back to the villa so bear this in mind though. Perfect resort for families with teenagers, thanks for everything Villa Narin x
Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay. Lynn and her team have been so helpful.
Villa was fantastic- clean and well appointed and equipped. Thoroughly recommended
There are so many good things about this property, but I need to start by saying that Lucy and Emre were a great support and always available to answer any questions we had. The house is in a good, quiet location, just a short taxi ride from the town centre. It is clean, well equipped, and has a good diversity of outside seating areas, all facing the stunning view of the bay. We were really pleased to have rented it.
we enjoyed a lovely 2 weeks in this very well appointed and comfortable villa. The villa had everything we needed and our local hosts were on hand for any enquiries, responding very quickly to any questions and a comprehensive welcome pack very much helped our evening arrival
the infinity swimming pool and view over Kalkan from the patio are outstanding and provide a beautiful backdrop both day and night. the area is quiet and very private
there is an abundance of colorful plants and flowers that create a wonderful ambience
Highly recommended
Exceptional Villa in a quiet location above Kalkan
The presentation of the villa, its well appointed interior, bags of privacy on an array of balconies and terraces, proved perfect for our family holiday. It has a spacious and cool interior overlooking the town of Kalkan and its stunning bay, but within an easy walk or taxi ride. The infinity pool is a wonderful addition with the view across the bay.
Emre and Lucy couldn't have done more to welcome and look after us during our week at the villa. Communication was faultless with them and with Lynne who planned our transfers and itinerary perfectly.

Excellent property and amazing hosts
The property is ideally situated on the top of a hill with panoramic views of the ocean. It is easy to get into Kalkan and the surrounding areas. The villa is well equipped with a lovely pool, balconies and all the amenities and facilities one could wish for. The kitchen is amazing and there are eating areas both outside and inside the property.
There is a BBQ grill which is lovely for the cool evenings and the hosts were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and if youre feeling lazy, they'll even cook up a BBQ for you!
Thoroughly recommend the place....
We had the best holiday in Kalkan in this wonderful villa. The hosts were amazing and so helpful; they were waiting for us upon arrival (even though it was midnight) and even made us a pizza. They cooked us an amazing Turkish bbq one night and always went out their way to help us with any queries. Communication leading up to the property was great.
The villa was beautiful, so clean and spacious. Beautiful pool . There were 7 adults and a baby and plenty of space. It was a holiday to remember; we will be back!
From the offset Lynne was very helpful before we arrived with arranging our transfers and car hire. She was also very accommodating with regard to arrival and departure times.
Upon arrival Lucy and Emre were there for us having brought some welcome supplies and always quick to answer any query we might have including recommending restaurants and places to visit.
The Villa itself was superb, in fact I’d say, the photos don’t do it justice. All the facilities you might need were available and it was easy to find either a sunny or shady spot throughout the day,
We loved the location and visited the beach club and went on a boat trip as well as visiting Saklikent.
I would recommend car hire as the Villa is up a steep hill and in the temperatures we experienced getting anyway without it by foot would have been extremely hard going.
Overall a wonderful trip, we are hoping to return
Forget five stars. This stunning villa and the kind and warm-hearted people who own and manage the property are worthy of a thousand stars! We were a party of six; the villa was incredibly spacious with oodles of room for everyone. It is modern, clean and has absolutely everything you require, even down to fresh herbs, olives, and fruit from the gardens. We have stayed at many villas over the years but what truly sets this apart is the desire and ethos of Lynne the owner, and her managers Lucy and Emre on site, to ensure you have not only an amazing villa to relax in but an understanding that family holidays are about more than just bricks and mortar, they are where lifelong memories are made and they could not do enough to make that happen. From securing the best tables at the bountiful local restaurants, dropping round little foodie gifts, sorting amazing boat trips to sharing their in-depth knowledge of the local area and places to visit, we genuinely could not have asked for more. We are not ones to go back to the same place twice, but we had such a wonderful holiday we are determined to return to Villa Narin in the near future. We can't recommend it highly enough. Lynne, Lucy and Emre have a unique way of looking after their guests and they should be applauded for the never-ending care and attention they give during a stay. In short, amazing villa, stunning views, wonderful town. We had the best holiday ever and can't wait to return to Kalkan to do it all over again.
This was the third visit to Kalkan for my friends and I. Perhaps we’ve reached that age where we know what we like! We’ve stayed somewhere different each time so we get a different perspective and this time we chose Villa Narin.
The Villa is in an incredible position. It’s high up on the side of the mountain so looking over at the sea never got dull. It also has lots of flowers around it which give a nice “rooted” feeling. Our previous places were a little more clinical new.
We spent most of our time outside but the communal spaces are good and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool is lovely.
Communication in advance was perfect. Lynne did all the planning and then we were met and looked after by Emre and Lucy during our stay. They couldn’t have done more for us, including gifts of home baked banana bread and melons grown by a friend they had visiting.
I marked the location down by 1 mark as it was a little scary in a car going up and down the hill to it. It very much depended on who was driving but sometimes we did grip onto the doors. I think we also only found one taxi driver who knew where it was on the way home so you need to learn to direct pretty much straight away.
Don’t let that put you off though if you don’t suffer from travel anxiety. It’s worth that but of hair-raising for the peace you feel at the villa.
One tip - if using a delivery service, walk to the corner where the first downhill bit starts before setting your location.
Super Unterkunft, super Ansprechpartner, katastrophale Stromversorgung
Danke Emre & Lynne
We had such a wonderful time staying at Villa Narin.
We enjoyed our time there so much we have already booked up for 2021 Cant wait , its like home from home . Perfect for a family holiday , it was our Granddaughters 1st holiday and she's only 6 months old .
Lynne & Emre the host were so accommodating you couldn't wish for better.
Missing you guys ,see you next year x
We had a wonderful time at the Villa!
Everything was as advertised and the property manager Emre was quickly available for us when we had questions.
I definitely recommend it!

This is the nicest villa, I've ever stayed in.
During our stay at Villa Narin my favourite moments were watching the sunrise and the sunset, looking over the sea with the island view whilst being surrounded by green rolling hills and olive groves.
In the evenings we ate mainly from the barbecue (cooking on that grill with that exquisite view is tantamount to paradise), a light breeze cooling us from the sea and the sounds of the town rolling up the hill. We also used the Pergola to eat and drink, it means a bit of carrying and organising but, again, that view and the seating is enough for about 16 people comfortably.
We stayed as 2 families (total 8 people, and for 4 days we were actually 10 people) the villa is more than equipped to accommodate this number: the kitchen is practically a professional kitchen and is open so a very sociable space, you can even take a pool break if you wish; each room has its own terrace making a wonderfully private and useful space; the 4 bathrooms give excellent facility for everyone to get ready and keep their sense of privacy; the kitchenette and the top terrace are almost like having a secret haven all of your own - I used it for yoga in the mornings and for a sundowner in the evenings - during the day my daughter used it for sunbathing and we couldn't hear her music from downstairs.

A beautiful villa with stunning views!!
This was our first stay at a villa. My family and I loved villa Narin. It was a lovely property with a great swimming pool. It has been maintained really well. It was great to be secluded and have that extra privacy.
The booking process was fairly simple and Lynne, the owner, was very helpful and supplied us with heaps of information, to make our stay easy. Also she contacted us on the first day to see if all was ok, and contacted us towards the end to make sure all had gone well. She even accomodated us till our eveing transit to the airport, even though we were scheduled to vacate the villa at 10am on the day of our departure.
Kalkan is a lovely place and the villa is situated in a culdasac on the hills. We tried walking to the town centre, but we ended up taking the taxi most of the time, as it is much easier due to the steep roads and the hot weather. It cost around 8 - 10 liras to get into town.
There are many places to eat out and various convience stores etc. Compared to the UK, we found the prices were cheaper.
There are several excursions that you can go on and also do a boat trip from the harbour to the sea and swim in some lovely clear blue waters.
We are missing villa Narin and hope for the opportunity to go back again, as it is such a relaxing and beautiful place.

Wonderful Family Villa - Stunning Views
Just back from Villa Narin in Kalkan. Family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 children aged 8 and 13.
Lots of information and regular emails received from the owner Lynne. All queries answered before travelling.
Booked Airport transfer both ways via Lynne and company called Express Tours at £70.00 each way. This is worth it as driver knows exactly where villa is and timely pick/up drop off.
Villa is absolutely stunning - photos are accurate but the views are even more spectacular. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone - in fact we swapped every night as kids wanted to see new views when the woke every morning.
Villa is equipped with absolutely everything you could have in your own home. eg iron/hoover/mop/linens/towels/fully equipped kitchen/even bathrooms have initial soap/toliet rolls so nothing is needed on 1st day. Villa also has TV/phone/DVD/Air Conditioning. (you may want to take a plug adapter though for your ipad/iphone chargers - 3 pin to 2 pin - I bought from ebay really cheap for a 2 pack).
Outside there are multiple balconies to sit and relax, plenty of sitting space/sun loungers etc.
Infinity pool was the best attraction and most used by us - has shallow end and a deeper end - and then there is the small jacuzzi.
One the first day once we had settled in we walked down to the shops - took as 4 about 25 mins - steep walk down (on the way back we always took taxis - average cost about 11 Turkish Lira). Alot of the main shops you need are located on one street. We headed straight for Yali General Store. It has everything you need from food/dairy/bread/toiletries etc to do a full shop for your visit.
Eating out/in is your own choice - we ate out half the time and ordered take aways as well. All the places we ate were excellent - some of them were - Trio, Hunkar, Moonlight Terrace, Foto Pizza. All have menus is English so language is not a problem.
Our contact/villa manager there was Ismael - we had his number to call at anytime and he also visited everyday to maintain the pool/gardens. Any queries I had were dealt with by him very quickly - he speaks great English. He recommended places to eat and sorted out a day tour for us as well.
We visited Saklikent Gorge - a must - and the Sunken City Boat Trip - both excellent days out with dinner and tea included.
Overall we had a great week - Kalkan is a beautiful tourist town without it being touristy. If you want a relaxing vacation in a Villa with stunning views then visit Villa Narin.

Narin Delights
Beautifully situated above Kalkan Harbour, Villa Narin is delightful with stunning views. The villa has everything you could wish for, great infinity pool, plenty of luxurious space with different private terraces and a well equipped kitchen for dining in. Dining out; our favourite restaurant is The Olive Garden and if you make a reservation, you will secure a table on the top terrace. Good food and friendly service. You will need a car, both to enjoy Kalkan and to explore other towns and beaches. Try Kaputas beach for breakfast, delicious honey pancakes with Turkish tea and only 5 minutes away by car. We all had a most relaxing and fabulous time. We love Villa Narin and Kalkan. Highly recommended.

Perfect Honeymoon
My new wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Narin, in the area of Kalkan in Turkey. Well the first thing we can both say is what a location. The villa is situated on the mountain side looking right the way across the bay, the views are simply stunning and you really do not get tired of looking at them. It's a short walk down the hill (I have to confess we got a taxi back up on a few occasions) before you're in the wonderful little town of Kalkan (previously a fishing village). There are so many amazing things to do and see here that we really were spoilt for choice. The Villa however is incredible. It exceeded my expectations. It was immaculate. It is beautiful inside and out. The three floors offer 4 bedrooms that are very spacious with their own large, modern bathrooms, and a lot has to be said about the third floor bedroom with it's panoramic views. The kitchen is also large for those who want to cook inside, plus there is a BBQ to use next to the infinity pool (which really does offer the best views in Kalkan). The grocery store and numerous restaurants are within walking distance. There is lots of sun or shade, whichever you prefer, from morning until night on the lovely patio.
I would highly recommend this villa. It's first class accommodation in every way.

Villa Narin
The villa was wonderful and far exceeded our expectations both in terms of space and facilities - the best equipped holiday home we have stayed in. The pool was brilliant, especially at night resting on the infinity wall gazing down on the lights of Kalkan. Fantastic views of Kalkan bay, good base for visiting other tourist spots, lovely restaurants in Kalkan (spoilt for choice). We are hoping to return again next year.
