Amazing villa

An honest review
Beautiful villa, great location, amazing welcome pack, very much appreciated however respectfully I would like to say a few improvements could be made that would make all the difference.The sofa and soft furnishings are very dated compared to the photographs on the website.The blind in the living area has a large stain on which isn’t really what you want to see on the approach to the entrance door. Once inside the sofa is really dirty and has been repaired with a patch which looks awful. Really could do with being renewed.Some of kitchen appliances could do with being replaced the microwave was a yellow/white and rusty inside also the oven leaves much to be desired. Chopping boards need replaced.The bedding was thread bare as were the towels it wouldn’t take much to bring this villa up to the expected standard as seen in the photographs on the website.Other than that we had a lovely time and with these improvements would rate the villa 10/10

We had an absolutely wonderful week at this stunning villa! From start to finish, the experience was flawless. Communication with Louise was top-notch — always quick to respond, clear, and incredibly helpful. The villa itself was immaculate, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and private. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived and truly didn’t want to leave. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway. Highly recommend!

A wonderful winter stay
We had a five week winter stay at Chilbury and we loved every minute of it.The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need and want. The location is perfect for walks or venturing out by car or hopping on the local bus service available.Local amenities including bars and restaurants are nearby.Even if you wanted to spend days at the villa there is ample seating/sunbeds/bbq/pool area to enjoying the sunshine. Come the evening is the bonus of sitting on the upstairs terrace enjoying the wonderful Cyprus sunsets with a glass of vino. And not forgetting Louise who is the perfect host to make sure your stay is everything you could possibly want.

Fabulous villa
Fabulous villa in a lovely location near the beach. Villa is very clean and had everything we needed including use of a car. We only used the car for short journeys to supermarket but this was very useful. Beach and nearest supermarket is a 10 min walk. We enjoyed several local restaurants in coral bay and paphos . Also excellent communication with Louise who responded quickly and helped us with a late check out. Highlights are sitting on the balcony watching the amazing sunsets and using the sunbeds by the pool.plus the lovely welocome package of wine, bread and snacks . Highly recommended

A great Villa in a splendid location with easy access to the beach and town centre. The Villa had many little extras in the kitchen and was equipped very well. Louise was a fantastic host, always happy to help with any questions. Any family would have a fabulous time at this Villa!

Fantastic Villa
The villa is fantastic, it is very well equipped with everything we needed, and more. The use of the car is an added bonus that meant we were able to explore more of Paphos than we have on previous visits. The pool area is great with various spots in the sun and shade throughout the day. Louise is super friendly and gave us lots of hints and tips on places to go and restaurants to try. Overall, the villa gave us a lovely base for our holiday - we couldn’t have asked for more!

A wonderful property, fully equipped for our 2 week stay. Air conditioning was a godsend in the heat, as was the large pool. Louise was an excellent host, available if needed. The use of the car was an added bonus and Louise's arrangement for airport transfers was seamless. Highly recommended.

Perfect for relaxing holiday
We had a very relaxing 2 weeks staying at Chilbury Mortimer. Excellent location as only 5 min stroll to the beach. Use of the car is great, especially to stock up at the main supermarket 5 mins away. Also used it to go up into the Troodos mountains, visit Paphos & visit some restaurants. Louise was an excellent host, always on hand to answer any queries and called in to see us a couple of times.

Schönes Haus in angenehmer Umgebung
Wir haben 14 schöne, sonnige Tage in diesem Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Ob zu Fuss an den Strand oder auch zum nächsten Supermarkt, alles bequem zu erreichen. Für weitere Fahrten stand das praktische Auto von unserer Vermieterin zur Verfügung. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Great family holiday
Lovely well equipped villa. The pool is large and clean. Within walking distance of lovely restaurant and bars. Having the car is an added bonus which allowed us to explore and easily get to water parks and sights. Louise the owner could not be more helpful. All in all a great holiday.

Easy walk to the beach and local supermarket. Close enough yet also far enough away from main coral bay strip of bars and resteraunts. So much to do here and peyia and beyond. You ll love your stay here. Also i believe great for kids

Chilbury Mortimer
From start to finish, Louise the owner could not have done any more. She had booked a taxi to pick us up from the Airport but due to strike action we were diverted to Larnaca and kept in touch with us until we made it to the villa. Directions to the villa were spot on. Only downside was the fridge which was not cooling food down but quickly sorted by Louise’s maintenance team. Lovely grounds and villa is exactly as described and the free use of Louise’s car was a bonus. Would definitely recommend Chilbury Mortimer and thanks Louise for everything.

Lovely, spacious villa
Lovely property, loads of space and seating, big patio garden. Owner really helpful, and really easy having the car provided. Only downside was that the pool was in shade from late morning on, so didn't get very much heat from sunshine, water was OK midday but chilly by mid afternoon.

Beautiful Coral Bay Villa
We had a lovely relaxing stay, everything was provided for our stay and a welcome pack of essentials after a late flight. Pool was fantastic,. Louise was very helpful and a great host. We were able to contact her with any queries and dealt with promptly.The use of the free vehicle was great and we were able to explore the area. Great restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
