A small well equipped kitchen and large wardrobe for storage, electric roller shutters on all windows, entryphone system and portable air-conditioning if required. Situated between Monaco and Menton on the French Riviera, Roquebrune is a small village with a quite brilliant small supermarket, local shops (inc pharmacy) and a lovely park. The old village of Roquebrune and its castle lie in the hills above, further to the east are the high hill villages of Gorbio and St Agnes. The Italian border is 5 minutes by car east and leads to Ventimillia (do not miss the Friday Market) and onwards to the resort of San Remo. To the west by car, Monaco is 5 minutes, Nice is 25 minutes and Cannes is 1 hour away.

Roquebrune apartment

A lovely apartment close to Monaco and Menton in a perfect location to explore the area. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable with a fantastic view, we have stayed in this area many times but this was our first time in this apartment, and hopefully not our last. We never tire of visiting this area and always find somewhere new to eat or visit, Menton has a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops.

Trevor was extremely flexible, considering this was my third time scheduling due to the pandemic. Everything went smoothly with check in. Apartment is well located - no need for a car rental - we actually left ours back after 5 days! Quiet complex where you can totally relax.

Great Find

Fantastic find, Apartment has everything you need and is kept spotless. Our booking with Trevor the owner was always pleasant and a speedy response always ensued. The pool area was the icing on the cake as we had our children with us, it is very child friendly and suitable for all ages, clean facilities and changing rooms and comfortable beds for whiling away lazy days around the pool before heading off in to Monaco for the night ! A great holiday - we will be back again!

The stay went well. We had a great time exploring the property and enjoying the private pool. The residents were kind and very respectful. The only thing that caught us off guard was the tight parking space, in which we've done our best for the car next to ours. Also, the elevator was out of order and that was tough to get over it. All in all, the residence was great, the location was great and we plan to return.

Home from Home - but just more amazing!

Fabulous apartment with every comfort and convenience. The balcony just draws you out and the views from there are amazing. The apartment is in a beautiful complex and the pool is really great. We had it to ourselves most of the time but when other residents did join us they were very friendly and happy to chat. The area is interesting with easy access by either bus or train. Italy is just a short ride away. We used the train quite a lot but with the covered parking area with the apartment we also were happy to use our hire car too.

Beutifull Apartment with a great view.

Great apartment with a lovely view from the balcony, both the apartment and the complex were very secure with underground parking. The apartment had everything we wanted for both relaxation and preparing meals. We have been coming to the Roquebrune/Menton area for about 17 yrs staying in various apartments but this one is a must for the future. Very good prompt communications with Trevor and his wife via both phone and email. Many thanks Keith and Patricia.

Roquebrune cap Martin

This was a beautiful 😍 place with a stunning view. Lovely, well kept gardens and a very deep, quiet swimming pool. Beware the mosquitoes! We had a lovely holiday and worked out the various bus timetables without having a car. We got a taxi to and from the airport. We used the fan in the bedroom and the children slept on the comfortable sofa beds beside the portable air con. It was very hot when we were there and only cooled down to about 29 at night. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. The kitchen is small but adequate. The oven took a long time to preheat. Convenient having a washing machine and tumble drier. There is a good TV with French and English channels. We would highly recommend this accommodation!

Schön, aber zu hektisch.

Von 5 Wohnungen auf der Etage wurden zwei total saniert. Die Bauarbeiter waren der Wecker und wenn sie nicht aktiv wurden waren die Laubbläser, Heckenscheren und Rasenmäher im Einsatz. Ruhe ???fandeaußerhalb der

Mooi gelegen appartement

Redelijk goed ,konden niet goed slapen de (airco) werkt niet goed maakt veel lawaai. We moesten voor 16.00uur bij het appartement zijn,maar stonden in file ,het was een hele toestand om de sleutels te krijgen.

Erholung am Cap

Wir sind "Wiederholungstäter" und fühlen uns seit Jahrzehnten am Cap Martin sehr wohl. Villa Gabriella nutzten wir das zweite Mal. Diesmal leider ohne WLANzugang, weil keine ausreichende Zeit am Ankunftstag für uns vorhanden war. Aber- alles gut!!! Super Lage, schöner Ausblick! Merci bien!

Top Anlage und Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, Deborah war sehr zuvorkommend, sehr nett. Atemberaubender Weg zum Strand, nur ca. 1km. Leider war es zu heiß und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht wirklich und müsste mal gründlich gereinigt werden, sowie die Ventilatoren.

Appartement mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in diesem gut und sehr überlegt eingerichteten Appartement. Es liegt in einer gepflegten , mit vielen mediterranen Pflanzen, Teichen und Kaskaden ausgestatteten Anlage. Wir haben alle Malzeiten auf der großen Terrasse eingenommen und uns über die wunderschöne Aussicht gefreut. Deborah hat uns mit allem Wissenswerten sehr gut vertraut gemacht.

Leider ein Fehler. Finger weg von dieser Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine super Lage. Das war es aber schon mit dem Positiven. Deborah hat uns die Wohnung im Schnelldurchgang gezeigt. Nachdem sie weg war und wir die Wohnung in Ruhe angeschaut haben, war sehr schnell klar: Hier bleiben wir nicht. Wir haben Deborah angerufen und sie gebeten nochmal vorbei zu kommen. Was sie auch umgehend tat. Wir zeigten ihr die Mängel. Wohnung insgesamt dreckig und in einen renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Auch eine alte Einrichtung darf sauber sein. Die Dusche/Bad ist verrostet und schimmelig. In der Küche klebt man an den Griffen fest. Tassen mit Kaffeeresten. Gläser voller Fingerabdrücken. Pool nicht nutzbar. Warum wusste sie nicht. Terassenmöbel rostig und die Sitzkissen total verfleckt. Deborah hat versucht, den Zustand der Wohnung zu verharmlosen. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist winzig. Ein VW Up hätte genug Platz. Größer sollte das Auto nicht sein. Deborah hat uns wenigstens bei einer Ersatzunterkunft geholfen! Der Spaß hat uns viel Zeit und Geld gekostet. Vielen Dank. FeWo-direkt war auch keine Hilfe. Zuviele inkompente Mitarbeiter.

appartement bien situé mais pas propre et avec TV en anglais et explications sur les environs et commerçants en ANGLAIS. cet hôte loue à des français les explications et la TV devraient être en langue française. La propreté est à revoir ainsi que les appareills électriques a rénové.

Belle situation et très calme. Belle piscine.

L’appartement est très bien agencé et sécurisé (caméra). La terrasse très agréable et bien orientée est conforme à la photo. Les allées sont très bien entretenues avec une végétation luxuriante. Bien situé, il n'est qu'à quelques minutes de la frontière italienne et de Monaco.

Annette and Trevor are married with 2 (grown up) children and three grandchildren. Annette has retired from her career as a train manager with Eurostar and Trevor is a director of the family furniture store, House of Reeves in Croydon, Surrey. Trevor is a keen motor sport competitor and enjoys the guitar. Annette, a fluent Swedish speaker, currently spends most of her time with their granddaughter and helps in her daughters Acting agency LA Management.biz

Why they chose this property

We were looking to buy on the Riviera for a weekend retreat. On our first trip to view, the agent took us around Nice and west to Cannes and last of all, East to Cap Martin. The weather was terrible and grim. We decided that if the view was brilliant under those circumstances then we were on to a winner. The view and location absolutely sold it. As a new build, the marketing brochure made much of the proximity to Monaco and the contrast offered by the residence to the intensity of Monte Carlo. We can only concur with the sentiments. The closeness of Nice Airport and low cost flights meant that our weekend retreat aim was met in full. The renowned beauty of the area and the closeness of Monaco with its Rally, GP's, Tennis and other international events made this the perfect place for us.

What makes this property unique

Situated in a beautiful location, the stunning view from the logia makes this a lovely place to enjoy an easy breakfast or relax with a drink at the end of a busy day. The residence, with its pool, changing rooms, bathroom facilities, loungers and parasols for the summer is complimented by the closeness of the winter resorts of the Alp Maritimes ski areas in winter. The residence is quiet and the secure underground parking make these welcome and stress free benefits for this area of the South of France. The apartment is located on the top floor, which ensures no noise from upstairs and the lift access is really convenient for those over packed, heavy suitcases! . The residence Guardien lives on site for an immediate contact and our local agent is a only a phone call or text away
