Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, this two bedroom/two bath unit is
located a short five minute walk across the street from the beautiful Gulf
Coast beaches. The nearest public beach access is just around the corner and offers ample parking if you choose to drive.
Sandy Shores West offers ceramic tile throughout, nice furnishings, fully stocked
kitchen, and views of Little Lagoon.
The living area offers a sofa sleeper, recliner and occasional chair. There’s
also a large television with DishTV for enjoying your down time. The kitchen features newer cabinetry with quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and farmhouse sink. The fully stocked kitchen features a Keurig and regular coffee maker for your morning wake up, along with utensils, and plenty of cookware for preparing your meals.
The living area and both bedrooms offer newer sliding doors, which lead to a spacious porch style balcony. Enjoy the new polywood patio furniture and porch swing, which provides you with the perfect space for enjoying picturesque sunrises and sunsets over Little Lagoon.
The primary bedroom features King bedding with a dresser and ample wardrobe for storing your personal belongings out of sight during your stay.
Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed with chest of drawers and a spacious closet. Tasteful decorations make this unit very relaxing and makes you feel right at home!
There’s a walking path right across the street for exercise and convenient dog walking.
The complex offers covered parking specifically designated for each unit.
A pool is also offered for your convenience, and is located under the
building, to help keep you shaded from the sun as a nice retreat after a
hot day at the beach.

Tanger Outlet Mall, and Pinnacle Shopping Centre. Also close by are
exclusive golf courses, charter fishing, great restaurants within walking

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Covered Parking, Outdoor Covered Communal Pool, Outdoor Communal Grill, WIFI

*PARKING: This complex offers (1) covered, assigned parking space under the building. Overflow parking is allowed in any unassigned space. Please refrain from parking in other assigned parking spaces.

*PETS: This property IS pet friendly to DOGS ONLY! You are welcome to bring up to two dogs during your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered and the pet fee paid prior to your arrival. The pet fee is $150.00 plus tax per pet. Any damages caused by your pet or any fines incurred involving your pet(s) will be your responsibility. The cost of the pet fee and/or fines are subject to change at any time without notice. Failure to register and pay the pet fee can result in being fined and/or evicted.
