With bar stools and a table for 6 there is plenty of eating area for guests. The living area has a large tv and offers phenomenal unobstructed big water views of Lake Oconee and the golf course with a porch that offers the same breathtaking views. The porch has a high top table with 4 chairs. The master bedroom also has an amazing view of the lake with a king size bed. The master bath has a jetted tub, 2 sinks and a walk in shower and closet. The 1st guest bedroom has a king size bed with a full bath. The second guest bedroom has a queen with a detached full bath. The loft has a couch and tv. The condo also has a washer and dryer.

Sojourn is a community within the private gates of a beautiful golf course community. Guest can enjoy the beautiful walking grounds but all the amenities (golf, restaurant, pool, tennis and pickleball courts and docks) are for owners only. If you would like to bring a boat you will need to store and put in and out at one of the local marinas. The closest marina to our community is Fish Tails Marina.

Historic Eatonton, Greensboro and Madison about a 30 minute drive away for shopping and sightseeing. There are historical homes and sites to visit along with delicious places to eat. Also within about 15 minutes are many top rated restaurants, a movie theater and a Publix and CVS. The Ritz Carlton, located in Reynolds Plantation has a spa and dining options.
