Spacious first floor apartment sleeping 6 located at Vila Sol Village, part of the 5 star Vila Sol Golf Resort. The apartment enjoys stunning views from the balcony of the beautifully landscaped gardens with 3 shared pools, 2 paddling pools and jacuzzi. It has everything you need for a perfect holiday including air conditioning. The inside dining and lounge area has seating for six with 2 large sofas and a TV. Free hi-speed wifi is provided. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with cooker, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge and master bedroom have access on to the balcony and the 2 twin bedrooms have a juliette balcony. A cot and highchair can be provided. The complex is gated making it a secure environment and 24 hour security operates throughout the Vila Sol Resort. The complex has a 27 hole championship golf course, golf academy with driving range, tennis, and a good selection of restaurants including Il Viro Italian Restaurant, Oscars pub, the tapas bistro, Wildfire restaurant and 2 cafes all within 5 minutes walk. Vilamoura with it's restaurants, bars and blue flag beaches is only 5 mins drive away. Within the local area there is access to water parks, horse riding, go-carting, fishing and water sports. This is an ideal destination for families, couples and golfers seeking a relaxing holiday in the Algarve.

The area it’s very quiet but central (by car). The flat it’s large and well equipped, it was very clean and Jo was always available and friendly. We’d a great family and friends week, and totally recommended property

Well equipped, relaxing and peaceful

What a wonderful place to spend time with the grands! Well equipped apartment with everything we needed. Grocery store is a bit of a hike away but thanks to Uber we were able to get around easily. Car recommended. Property manager was quick to reply with any questions and was very accomodating with our late check out request. Thank you Jo.

Fabulous apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment, we traveled over for my sons wedding and stayed for a week. The apartment is in a good location, quite area, but within walking distance of restaurants and bars. It is very well kept inside and out, very clean and in good order. The interior is very spacious and has everything that you would need for your holiday. I would definitely recommend.

Fabulous location

Jo is a wonderful , helpful host and her property reflects that. The apartment is large with all home comforts and very clean. There is everything on site that you need , a fantastic bistro ,a cafe , Oscars Bar and a small shop to name but a few... we stayed by one of the pools on a couple of days and were pleasantly surprised that the guy from the pool bar took the trouble to come over and ask if we'd like a drink . All in all a very relaxing pleasant stay and in a great location to explore other parts of Portugal

Great Apartment

Clean, spacious apartment in a gorgeous secure complex. Great for families, with a number of pools and a big grassy area for them to run around in. This was our second stay in this apartment and it was every bit as good as the first. There are a few great cafes and restaurants in walking distance but would recommend a car if staying here. That said, one family we spoke to managed just fine with Uber/Taxis to get around. I guess it depends on how far you want to venture or if you want to take day trips anywhere.

Overall super tevreden over ons verblijf. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien waaronder 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en een ruime keuken. Het appartement is zeer ruim, ook als je even een moment voor jezelf wil. Het balkon is zeer ruim met een zitje en twee ligbedden. Het appartement ligt op een groot complex met een gigantische tuin, 3 zwembaden, 2 kinderbaden en een bubbelbad. De tuin wordt goed onderhouden en is rondom afgesloten met een hek. Toegang tot de tuin is middels een tag te verkrijgen. Twee tags liggen in het appartement. Er rijdt ook veel beveiliging rond, dit geeft een veilig gevoel. Midden in de tuin zit een poolbar en een toilet. Beide goed onderhouden. Prijzen poolbar iets hoger dan gemiddeld maar voedsel en drinken van voldoende kwaliteit. Voor het appartement en de omgeving hebben wij een auto gehuurd. Het is te ver van Vilamoura en Quarteira om te lopen. Uber is ook een optie hoorde ik van mensen bij het zwembad. Wij vonden de huurauto zeer prettig zodat we naar de supermarkt of het strand konden. Parkeren is zeer eenvoudig voor het appartement, er is altijd ruimte. In de straat heb je de nodige etens- en ontbijt gelegenheden. De kwaliteit is zeer goed en het is ook af te halen als je thuis wil eten. De communicatie met Jo Matthews was uitstekend. Mijn dochter had een tafel kapot gemaakt en dit was spoedig en prettig afgehandeld. Dank hiervoor. Al met al louter positief over dit appartement, het complex en de omgeving.

Excellent apartment

Had a fabulous break at this lovely apartment in the beautiful Vila Sol village. Jo’s apartment provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Jo Responds very quickly to any to any requests you may have. Only bit of advice I would give is to go to Pingo Doce supermarket ( 3 euros in a Uber)for groceries as the small shop down the hill don’t display any prices because they don’t want you to see they are usually treble the normal prices.

Lovely Apartment

We had a great stay here. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. The resort complex is lovely too. Plently of space around all the pools and never too crowded. Theres a small grocery store nearby, as well as a couple of excellent cafes, restaurants and a bar. You definately need a car to make the most of the area though. Vilamoura and a number of fantastic beaches are only a short drive away.

Simply the Best

Couldn’t fault the process from start to finish, lovely spacious apartment that more than met our needs, central to the local bistros on the Vil a Sol complex perfect for those wanting a relaxing holiday, golfing holiday or a central location to explore the beautiful places of the Algarve if you hire rental cars, all in all highly recommend this apartment hire, the owner was great with introductions and advice leading up to our holiday and Kevin from the management company met us to show us the apartment layout Thank You to All

Great find for any family. Good sized apartment and facilities. Good position for places to eat.

Great accommodation clean and comfortable with all the utilities you need for a family stay. Really spacious and a lovely balcony overlooking the pools. Walkable to a variety of places to eat if you did t fancy cooking or having a BBQ back at the apartment.

We had been taking holidays in the Algarve for many years before deciding it was time to invest in a holiday home of our own. That was over 15 years ago and we still come here as often as we can and now bring our grand children who absolutely love it.

Why they chose this property

The Algarve with it's idyllic dry climate and blue flag beaches is our favourite holiday destination. We chose Vila Sol because it's a beautiful self contained resort a short drive from Faro airport. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind. If you are feeling energetic there are numerous recreational activities available including golf, tennis, horse riding, wind surfing, deep sea fishing and water skiing. Nearby Vilamoura has a vibrant night life and has numerous restaurants, clubs and a Casino.

What makes this property unique

Being end of terrace our apartment has extra windows providing lots of natural light. The south east facing balcony also wraps around the apartment catching the sun all day. We employ a local company to manage the property which means help is on hand if required.
