amazing stay in Montauk. highly recommend and we'll come back!

Kathy's house is truly a gem. The location is close to town and restaurants on the bay such as Duryea's and Montauket. The house is super clean when we got there, kitchen well-equipped with seasoning and kitchen supplies, grass well maintained (I think maintenance people came twice to mow the lawn while we were there), and the pool and hot tub both functioning properly. The hot tub had an issue during our stay but was fixed promptly. Both heating and cooling system worked well. The whole property is fenced in which we highly appreciated since we brought our dog. I think it's also helpful to keep deer away because they often carry ticks with them. Kathy is a very communicative and responsive host. We hope to come back to stay at this beautiful house again!
