Nette Ferienwohnung mit italienischem Charme

Die Wohnung liegt auf zwei unteren Stockwerken eines vierstöckigen Hauses im kleinen Örtchen Musso. Vom oberen der zwei Stockwerke kann man etwas vom Comer See sehen. Die zwei Stockwerke sind mit einer sehr steilen Wendeltreppe verbunden, das war für uns ok, kann aber für Ältere oder kleine Kinder ein Problem sein. Für vier Personen ist die Wohnung sehr gut, für 5 oder 6 ist es tatsächlich recht eng, aber ok. Es gibt keinen eigenen Parkplatz für die Wohnung, in der Nähe gibt es aber einige öffentliche Parkplätze, wo wir immer ein Plätzchen gefunden haben. Der Aufenthalt insgesamt war sehr schön.

Ruhe und Erholung in schöner Umgebung

Die Lage dieser Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns hier gut erholen können und von Musso gibt es sehr gute Verbindungsmöglichkeiten auch mit dem Bus. Das einzige war, dass das Bett etwas knarrt. Aber das ist vielleicht nur eine persönliche Wahrnehmung. Ansonsten war es ein toller Urlaub hier.

Ruhige Lage, kurze Wege

Die FeWo hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir sind das verlängerte Wochenende ganz allein in dem großen Haus gewesen. Auch deswegen war es sehr ruhig. Der Blick vom Balkon ist wirklich sehr schön. Es ist alles da, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Hinweise von Vanessa waren sehr hilfreich. Einziger Hinweis: die Innentreppe ist nichts für korpulente, ältere oder gar gehbehinderte Menschen.

Super Erholung am Comer See

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und eine entspannte Zeit am Comer See und in Frau Naylors Ferienwohnung. Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie da (5 Personen). Auch wenn die Wohnung nicht auf dem aller modernsten Stand ist, haben wir hier eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Bei fehlenden Utensilien oder einer kleineren notwendigen Reparatur im Bad hat sich Frau Naylor sehr schnell um alles gekümmert, sodass unser Urlaub davon nicht weiter beeinträchtigt wurde. Fragen hilft - Frau Naylor war stets sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Besonders schön ist auch die Lage, die sowohl das Wandern in den Bergen oder den entspannten Spaziergang am See im Handumdrehen ermöglicht. Dabei wohnt man direkt in typisch italienischem Flair, ruhig und nicht touristisch, was uns super gefallen hat. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Viele Dank dafür.

Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht.Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen auf einem Berg.Der Ort Musso ist sehr ruhig und hält nur sehr wenig Unterhaltung bereit.

Prima,weinig te doen in dorp zelf,maar in de omgeving genoeg te zien. Maar overal kan je zwemmen...en met deze hitte is sat erg fijn

Tolle moderne Ferienwohnung

Ferienwohnung in toller Dorflage, modern eingerichtet. Blick über die Dächer der schönen alten Steinhäuser direkt auf den See und die Berge. Terrasse mit Gartenmöbel eingezäunt und abschließbar sowie Balkon mit Gartenmöbel. Betten sind bequem, alles war sauber, die Küchenutensilien sind etwas alt und mussten gesäubert werden bevor wir es benutzen konnten aber ansonsten kann ich die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder :)

Casa accogliente

Piccola casa accogliente vicino al lago Ha un ottimo openspace al piano inferiore che fa da salotto e cucina, mentre al piano superiore ci sono le stanze da letto e il bagno. Vi verranno date tutte le indicazioni di come raggiungere la casa e su come fare il self check-in, non abbiamo avuto nessun problema.

SCHLÜSSELSAFE war schwer zu finden und noch schlechter zu öffnen

Eine bessere Beschilderung am Haus wäre sinnvoll. In jeder Mail Stand immer nur Nr 1 doch es war Hausnr 29 Ansonsten war das Haus wie beschrieben und alles in Ordnung

I wish it were better

This property was a good size for our family of 4 and in a great neighborhood. The neighbors are SO friendly. The view is beautiful. The walk down to Lake Como is quick and easy. Kitchen appliances were adequate. The beds were comfortable enough. We also appreciated that there was a fan. Thank you! Unfortunately, this was overshadowed by several annoyances. There were very few outlets that would work with a standard EU plug (which I wish I had known, because I would have just brought a power strip). The shower wouldn't drain, which was gross and will hopefully be an easy fix for the cleaning staff. But the worst part was the pungent mildew smell that was impossible to get rid of no matter how long we aired out the apartment. It was almost intolerable and resulted in daily sinus headaches.

Super séjour dans cet appartement. Bien situé à proximité du lac, de l embarcadère. Belles promenades au bord du lac et en montagne. Village tranquille

points positifs : logement très propre, couchage très correct, suffisamment spacieux, récupération des clés nickel, balcon et petite cour avec matériel d'extérieur, pas de pb de parking, points négatifs : escalier intérieur en colimaçon très étroit, wifi à l'étage mais difficilement au rdc, bonne exposition, manque de récipients pour la cuisine, toilette dans sdb à l'étage avec obligation de passage dans les chambres, frigidaire pas top

The owners welcome you to their Italian home in the pretty village of Musso, just a short drive north of Menaggio. They love everything Italian, especially the beautiful sights and magical experience of Lake Como. There is always something new to discover e.g. taking a ride in the cable car from Argegno to Pigra to see a breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Como or taking a speedboat on the Lake for a picnic and swim. The food is always good...the restaurants cafes and bars charming.

Why they chose this property

Fresh air, views of lake, mountains and set in lovely countryside above the peaceful village of Musso, away from the main road and set amongst the little stone houses of friendly local Italians. Hearing the church bell calling people to Mass. A short drive north to the top of the lake you can enjoy the benefits of a large commercial centre. The ski slopes are within easy reach and skiing in Madesimo, Motta or Bormio in Spring when its snowy and sunny! A short drive south to the popular and pretty central town of Menaggio allows you easy access to many ferries which visit all the towns and villages by water including Como town to visit the Duomo.

What makes this property unique

The large sunny balcony is a great place to enjoy the sun while having a morning latte Machiato. A private, enclosed ground floor terrace is ideal for BBQs and a place for children to play. The apartment is spacious and on two levels, allowing different areas for individuals to enjoy their own space. Comfortable beds make for a good night's sleep. Modern boiler allows for ambient temperatures and unlimited hot water for showers at all times of the year.
