This lovely holiday villa sleeps six and comes with its own private heated pool and air conditioning. Located in a quiet and peaceful residential cul-de-sac in Playa Blanca, this deceptively spacious holiday villa is in the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday. You could spend the whole day soaking up the sun around the heated pool, cook a meal on the barbeque or maybe laze on the terrace until the sun starts to set. The large south facing patio offers great privacy for you and your family and is perfect for sunbathing. On the higher terrace, which is gated to enable small children to play safely, you will find a covered pergola, perfect for alfresco dining. Es ist eine wunderschöne Villa mit viel Platz. Besonders gut hat uns der Pool und der Whirlpool gefallen. Beide waren sauber und immer warm. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen und schönen Urlaub dort. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter !

As described: spacious well appointed villa.

The villa is well described and photographed in the advert. The location suited us, an easy morning hike up the "volcano" and a pleasant wander to the the amenities on the Promenade. The villa is comfortably furnished; and the kitchen well equipped. No "essential extras" e.g. cleaning materials, bin bags, toilet roll provided. We found the evenings cool, so we requested a couple of heaters which were quickly delivered. Thanks!

Christmas & New Year

Arrived 26th Dec 19 till 6/01/20 Villa was easy to find with the directions that Ann had sent. Villa is in a ideal location, nice and quiet with short walk to the beach. We hired a car but its not necessary and good buses and taxis. We would not recommend going to Water Park as the water was freezing so the boys were very disappointed cost us 100 euros for 4 adults and one child, we did not have to pay for our other grandson who is three . Unfortunately we found the villa needed up dating...... Wardrobe in double bedroom had damp patches. The bedding really needs replacing. Stains on single valances. Stains on sheets. The quilt was a double but the covers were king size. We could of done with more tea-towels as we only had two, Plenty of towels provided. Could of done with another mop and bucket for outside. The one that was in the villa was dirty also needs replacing. Hot tub was fantastic! Would we return......... yes

Just back from 10 days staying at Casa Linden. Lovely villa in a great location, a short walk to shops and restaurants. Myself and my husband were joined for 6 days by our son,daughter in law and our 9 month old grandson. We made good use of the pool and hot tub. There was no high chair upon our arrival, so after contacting the management team Paul bought one round straightaway. Thanks Paul, was great chatting to you. There are only a couple of negative comments, one is that there are no sun parasols at the villa, which was a bit disappointing considering we had a baby, but the terrace with seating gave us plenty of shade when needed. Also we found the beds very uncomfortable and the towels and bedding have seen better days. Overall we all enjoyed our stay.

A great relaxing holiday

We had a brilliant time staying here with our 2 and 5 year olds. The pool area was amazing and we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the evenings and using the jacuzzi. The walk to beach was approx 10 mins which was a pleasant walk. Internally some areas were a little tired however it was value for money and the villa provided everything we needed. Would certainly recommend and for a family with young children it was spot on.

Fabulous stay

The villa was excellent - close to all amenities and marvellous views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the villa has everything you could want. The owner was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and Gary the property manager is very helpful and friendly too. My only comment would be and it is a very personal one as everyone is different, we found the bed in the main bedroom small and rather uncomfortable. However I highly recommend the location and villa, and would certainly consider booking again. Thank you very much for a great first time in Lanzarote

Little Gem

We loved our stay at this well appointed private Villa. The villa was lovely and clean and well equipped. The pool and Jacuzzi was well used by us. Very quiet and peaceful and private. Shirt stroll to Playa Flamingo with restaurants and beach. We will return one day to this lovely villa. A Gem of a villa

We recently stayed at this villa for a week. The villa has everything you need for a fantastic time. The pool was clean and warm, with the plus of the hot tub to relax in. The villa is in a great location with easy parking, very quiet and gets the sun all day. The beds are very comfortable with air con in the bedrooms. Booking and all communications with the owner are easy. Will be booking again

Perfect location. Everything we needed in the property. Well maintained and spacious.

One week holiday with family. Fab location. Lovely restaurants nearby. Luna Rossa is a must for any Pizza/Pasta lovers. Only downside to the property were the beds. The double bed has the most worn out mattress I have ever slept on. The 4 single beds were very wobbly, good for children, but not adult weight. Apart from that the villa was lovely.

Fantastic villa for a relaxing holiday

What a lovely place to stay! The villa is located a short walk from the sea front with all its amenities up a quiet cup-de-sac. There is so much outdoor space! You can catch the early morning sun on the terrace with a coffee and then move to the sun loungers following the sun near the pool. There is shade for when it gets a little too warm on the terrace too. The hot tub is a great addition which we used a few times and the pool guy came whilst we were there to clean it and the pool. The pool is great - surprisingly warm and refreshing. We took some inflatables with a pump but there was also a pump in the cupboard. The pool was clean and the kids loved it. Inside the villa is everything you would need. I took advantage of the washing machine which was great so not as much washing on our return home. It is very well equipped for eating in although we didn’t do much cooking! The tv was great as there were English channels to watch if we wanted and we took some DVDs too. Inside a cupboard were many books and I took advantage of reading a few whilst there. The owner Ann is lovely - great communication prior to our stay and good recommendations for places to eat. There is a lovely Italian 10 minutes walk down the road called Luna Rossa which was a great find. Definitely will return to this little gem.

Quiet, relaxing villa.

Excellent villa. Car not required, 2/3 mins walk to supermarket with all that you need. 5 mins to the beach front which is excellent . Hot tub / pool fantastic extras which were well used. English tv channels if required another added bonus. Overall would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

We are a family of 6, with 4 children from the ages 1 up to 9. We have just returned from a week at Casa Linden and it was a fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend this villa.

Amazing Villa! Could not recommend more!

If you think the pictures look good, wait till you actually get there! Went out with a group of 5 girls with the plan to chill, catch up and have quality time together. This is our once a year meet up so we were looking for a villa that was beautiful, good location but offered places to have a couple glasses of wine in the evening. O boy, did this place deliver! I asked all the girls what they wished to say in this review, here is what they come up with... "It was the most relaxing time I've ever had. Really lovely layout and hot tub was amazing." "It was a lovely place, close to stuff, great hot tub, so relaxing and felt like home from home." "Really good location but still super quiet and chilled. Had everything we needed like plates, blankets, pool inflatables." 100% recommend.

Perfect home from home

Cash Linden is a beautiful property. Everything is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The information provided by Ann is really comprehensive and helpful. The outside space really makes this house. Plenty of room to sunbathe and the pool is bigger than it looks on the pictures and somehow always the perfect temperature! Great BBQ which we used a lot and a nice shaded area to eat and escape the sun. Whilst we were there the water tank split and Gary had a plumber round within a couple of hours who replaced it within the hour. Both really great guys. My only suggestion would be maybe swap the heavy duvet in the double room for a lighter one. Other than that I loved it and I hope we’ll be back.

We all had a Fab time, lovely spot.

Villa was clean & spacious. Outside set on different levels. Great for sun lovers. However, shade for those who are not! All you should need for a relaxing break, with or without children. Local bars with variety of cuisine. Taxi’s cheap & very local water park a must for the children.

Beautiful family friendly villa and pool.

Second visit to this villa and won't be our last! Love the cul de sac quiet location but with many amenities within walking distance (water park, volcano, beach, supermarket and restaurants). The villa was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The wifi and sky package were an added bonus. Pool was heated and cleaned whilst we were there and the hot tub was a luxury, all within a secluded garden, which is a suntrap. Flamingo beach 10/15 mins walk from villa is a lovely safe clean bay with a small selection of restaurants and supermarkets. The promanade continues further round the coast towards the harbour this is a lovely walk. We hired a car although not essential enabled use to explore the island.

Lovely villa with amazing pool area

We stayed here in October 2017 and had a brilliant time. Only wish we could have stayed longer enjoying the fantastic pool and spacious sunbathing area. It felt like a real home from home; very quiet and private. There was a small issue with the water heater during our stay which was quickly sorted out by the very efficient local property manager. The villa is well equipped with lovely modern bathrooms. The fridge is a little outdated with no shelves in the door which made storage of our bottles of wine a bit tricky, but that was a minor detail! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definately book this villa again. Oh, and Playa Blanca was great too, especially the beaches which are unbelievably georgous with such clear water. We were lucky to have wall to wall sunshine during our week too!

A lovely place to relax

We had a very relaxing and chilled out month in the villa. The villa was in a very quiet curl de sac and had everything you need and more. The pool area and the villa itself were spotlessly clean. The owner was very helpful giving prompt responses with booking and payment information and provided a very comprehensive information pack. We have been holidaying for many years in Playa Blanca both in villas and hotels and this villa is now top of our list! We will certainly book again next year.

The perfect place to stay

Family holiday with my wife & parents and found this villa which is about 15 minutes walk away from the main Playa Blanca centre, making it the ideal place to have your own peace and quiet, but still be able to get to all the restaurants and shops as required. The villa is clean, fresh, well presented and with a fantastic swimming pool & hot tub as well as open barbecue & lounging area. Couldn't recommend this villa enough if you're looking to stay in the area. Thank you to the owners for such an amazing place.

We live in the UK, but love Lanzarote. We first visited the island in 1987, before our children were born. Since then, we have spent many happy family holidays there. We particularly love the warm winter climate and now that our children have grown up and flown the nest, we can enjoy escaping the British winter more often.

Playa Blanca is a great resort, there is something for everyone. Fantastic white sandy beaches, family friendly waters, a wide variety of restaurants, and so many things to explore all over the island.

What makes this property unique

We were lucky to find this villa, it's in a great location! Completely private, so close to the beach and resort centre, yet very quiet too. We love the all year round sunny climate. One of our favourite things to do is to have breakfast on the terrace, looking out over the sea to Fuerteventura. With wifi, we can keep in touch with friends and family anywhere in the world!
