Exclusive modern apartment in a private property in a quiet area right on the Mediterranean Sea. Large private patio for sunbathing and barbecues. Watch the amazing view of the sunrising over the sea while having an early morning cuppa. 1 bedroom with double bed, sheets and duvets,a buit-in double wardrobe, full length mirror and a choice of pillows. Lounge area with sofa, TV, coffee table and fully equipped breakfast bar with induction plaque, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, cutlery and crockery and cooking utencils. Bathroom with a half bath, shower, sink, bidet and hairdryer. There are free standing fans and WIFI connection. All rooms face the sea.
The large private patio has a gas barbecue, outside shower, table, chairs, washing stand, sun-loungers and sun-shades.
There is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board,sink and dryer.
We can offer our guests, free of charge : parasols, beach towels, coolbox and beach basket for the beach, snorkeling gear and fishing tackle. The sea is only a few yards away for swimming, snorkeling and fishing. Parking is right outside the door.

Süße private Wohnung

Eine kleine, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, angrenzend an das Haus der sehr netten Eigentümer. Eigener Zugang und private Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, jedoch für größeres Kochen nicht geeignet (1 Kochplatte). 50 Meter zum Meer, Strand ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr ruhige Wohnlage. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir, meine Frau und ich, hatten einen sehr schönen 10-tägigen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Jayne und Miguel. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Wohnung liegt separat in dem Haus von Jayne und Miguel und man hat seinen eigenen Bereich. Sollte man etwas zusätzlich benötigen, z.b. Kopfkissen oder sonstiges, kann man es jederzeit bekommen. Zu der Wohnung gehört eine eigene, abgeschlossene, große Terrasse, die mit Stühlen, Tisch, Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirm ausgestattet ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Am Tag unserer Abreise wurden wir sehr herzlich von Jayne und Miguel verabschiedet. Wir könnten uns vorstellen, wieder zu kommen.

The Apartment is a perfect place to stay for vacation. It is not that big but it has all you need and fits perfectly for two people. The owners are very kind and welcoming and there was an easy communication.

Fabuleux séjour à Cala Ratjada Majorque

Logement exceptionnel tout confort dans un cadre féérique au milieu d'une pinède. Logement spacieux très bien équipé , très propre bénéficiant d'un accès et d'une terrasse privée pour passer un séjour fabuleux à Cala Ratjada. Idéalement situé à deux pas de la mer et à 15 minutes à pied du port de Cala Ratjada par un chemin piétonnier en bord de mer. L'accueil de nos hôtes Claudia et Miquel a été fantastique , ils ont été à la fois présents et réactifs dès que nous en avions besoin mais également d'une discrétion exemplaire. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et garderons très longtemps un excellent souvenir de notre séjour chez Claudia et Miquel.

Petit nid en bord de mer

Bel emplacement loin des complexes hôteliers. Très proche de la mer avec son accès direct à un chemin piétonnier qui longe la côte. Les hôtes sont accueillants, discrets et disponibles.

Wunderbar ruhiger Ort.

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem ruhigen Ort, wo wir unseren Urlaub verbringen können. Genau den haben wir hier gefunden. Das Apartment ist gemütlich und der Außenbereich schön privat. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und hatten tolle Tipps für uns. Sie haben uns über den üblichen Service hinaus geholfen, wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Zu Fuß waren es keine 3 Minuten bis zur Küste, der Weg führte dann sogar bis nach Cala Ratjada.

Freundlich, Ruhig, gemütlich

Claudia und Miguel sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und einfach herzlich. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, freundlich eingerichtet und gemütlich und ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Terrasse ist toll gerichtet, mit Liegen, schönem Tisch , Stühlen, Dusche und Gasgrill. Man hat beinahe das Gefühl man würde in einem eigenen Häuschen wohnen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und können es nur empfehlen.

Excellent séjour

Appartement très bien situé à proximité immédiate de la mer. Les propriétaires sont charmants et aux petits soins pour leurs vacanciers. Endroit calme et spacieux. Grande terrasse ensoleillée avec bains de soleil, serviettes et matériel de plage à disposition. Pour les amateurs de golf comme nous, plusieurs parcours dans un rayon de 15 kilomètres, dont un parcours à 5 minutes en voiture. Possibilité de faire de la pêche. Beaucoup de petites criques. Le petit chemin en bord de mer, très prisé des joggeurs, permet d'accéder rapidement au port et à la ville de Capdepera. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

Perfecr stay in a cute apartment

My husband, our 5-month-old baby and I stayed 10 days in this cute apartment and had a very lovely time. The huge terrace was perfect to enjoy the sun, breakfast or dinner. Jayne and Miguel were super friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommended to everybody who looks for a place to stay close to the beach

Perfect getaway location

Claudia Jane and Miguel are super hosts and made us feel very welcome. Brando,their dog, is also very welcoming and is the biggest and sloppiest dog I have ever met! The accommodation is perfect and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The town is a lovely walk along the seafront with great restaurants. Super beaches close by and easy to walk to from Cala Ratjada.

Jayne und Miguel sind wunderbare Gastgeber, die gut erreichbar waren und sich toll um uns gekümmert haben. ¡Fantástico!

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en el alojamiento de Claudia y Miguel, que pareja tan maravillosa, agradable y atenta. En todo momento, estuvieron pendientes de nosotros. El apartamento es muy coqueto, tal y como se muestra en la imágenes y tiene todo lo necesario para satisfacer tus necesidades cotidianas. La terraza y la barbacoa da un plus al mismo, permitiéndote tener veladas muy agradables. Además disponíamos de artículos como gafas y tubo para hacer snorkel, sillas de playa y sombrilla...entre otros... Disponíamos de la intimidad y tranquilidad que estábamos buscando. La zona es ideal, te permite descansar y estar relajado. A pocos minutos andado tienes numerosos restaurantes, ocio y calas para darte un buen chapuzón. ¡Os lo recomendamos sin duda alguna!

Schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung Sa Pedruscada

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Jayne und Miguel sehr genossen. Obwohl unsere Sprachkenntnisse nicht die besten sind, hatten wir überhaupt keine Verständigungsprobleme. Die Wohnung ist, wie von den Vorgängern schon beschrieben, sehr privat und uneinsehbar. Man ist ganz für sich und hat auch von der Terasse einen Blick auf das Meer. Alles war sehr sauber. Was man im Urlaub so benötigt, war alles vorhanden. Wenn etwas gebraucht wurde, halfen Jayne und Miguel sofort. Die beiden sind sehr liebenswerte Vermieter. Brando, den Haushund, haben wir auch in unser Herz geschlossen. Wir können die Wohnung ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen. Liebe Jayne, lieber Miguel, wir waren gerne eure Gäste!

We are a couple living and working here in Cala Ratjada. We love the sea and spend as much time as possible on our boat, fishing and diving. We travel a lot mainly during the winter months. We enjoy cooking with the local products from the land and the Mediteranean sea.

Why they chose this property

We love this area because it's the ideal place to live, by the sea, it has a wonderful climate, no polution, it's peaceful and has a friendly community. And it is only it's only an hours drive to the airport and the port.
