About this property

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake - Family-friendly Villa With Pool In Gated Community

With spacious accommodation for up to 10 people, the fully air-conditioned villa features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms along with pool and walk-in wardrobes.

Equipped with complimentary wi-fi access, cable TV and free local and long-distance (USA and Canada) phone calls, guests are also provided with all bed linen and towels. The villa is protected by a security system.

The spacious family lounge has patio doors leading out to the pool area, whilst the fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, includes a full size cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, larder and separate dining area. A large washing machine and dryer is also provided for your convenience. The extended lanai covered patio/pool deck is large enough for you all to enjoy the sun or shade after a dip in the south/south-west facing pool.

Poolside furniture, including sun loungers, are provided for use, whilst a pool fence is available if you so choose for additional safety.

Pool heating can be added to your booking at an additional charge of $25 per night.

Please note, a small pack of amenities are included to get you started (toilet roll, washing up liquid etc) however guests will need to provide their own for the duration of their stay.

A lovely villa, in a good community!

The house was perfect, but you have to be in a good mood because of the jam. It’s about 1:30 hours from Orlando in a business day.The owner is so nice and friendly, and she promptly responds every single question.I recommend this house!

master bed mattress was very comfortable, living room furniture not so much . Also could use a crock pot and mixing bowls.House was very clean upon arrival.

Wonderful Vacation

We found the villa clean, well organized and containing all that we needed as a family of 8. (Except no phone service for the first 3-4 days) Checking in was no problem. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool! All in all....a great place to stay.... I would recommend it highly to anyone. The host, Fiona, was gracious and easy to work with.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit huis!

Huis was heerlijk, fijn zwembad en heerlijk rustig. Twee aandachtspunten: 1. Er liepen op het keukenblad en in de badkamer bij de wasbakken hele kleine beestje rond, iets voor de schoonmaak om rekening mee te houden. 2. De airco moest in de nacht op 72 worden gezet anders kreeg je de masterbedroom niet gekoeld, was erg warm daar. Verder een geweldige periode gehad!

Quiet, relaxing stay!

Clean, spacious, nice home ina quiet gated community. Had a few questions befor our stay that were answered quickly and host was very willing to accommodate when they could. Pool was perfect. We spent a lot of time relaxing and having some family fun in there. Was very happy to see the new furniture in the living room and not the "colorful" set shown in the preview pictures! New furniture was so nice, plenty of sitting room and very comfortable! Beds are mostly good except for the twin beds, they are not very comfy. We ended up using the pullout in the "den" instead of sleeping in the shark bedroom. Overall, we gave this stay a high rating because it met all our needs, we had a relaxing great time, it was clean, and it was "as advertised ".

Good price for what you get.

This is a decent property for a inexpensive price. Has only the essentials. Air didn't work in the master bedroom and ants in the kitchen, had to throw away some food after ants got in it. Called the management company with no reply to voicemail. Left a day early because I was tired dealing with no air in the bedroom, felt like a sauna and other beds were small. Glad they did some upgrades to the furniture though.

Relaxing getaway

This was an amazing, beautiful vacation home that didn’t break my bank account. I couldn’t believe how affordable it was! The neighborhood is very secure and friendly. The house was beautiful, clean, and well-kept. The homeowner went above and beyond with communication and customer service. The location was perfect. It was close enough to Disney and other attractions, but yet far enough away that we didn’t feel like we were in a big city. We truly enjoyed our stay, and would love to come back here again sometime! Thank you Fiona!

We like the house

The house is very good, it has 4 bedrooms, a heated pool, the children will like it, the beds are comfortable (but the bedding could be changed), a well-equipped kitchen (there were ants, it needs fumigation) with all utensils, living room and good but sofas are old. an item that was not working well was the internet in the area of the position and in the rooms I believe that a repeater would help to improve this theme. Laundry is very good, the machines work well.

Calabay Parc

Biggest issue with this is the internet signal with the TV's. I stayed at this residence last year and had the same problem. Me and my family spent two days in the residence without the benefit of watching T.V. I was very unhappy with that. I called the property manager regarding issue. He stated he would call the inner net provider, never received a follow-up call. The house and all the other amenities were great.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the property as soon as we saw it. As soon as you enter the community you have a beautiful view right across the lake which makes for a very tranquil setting.

We feel it strikes the right balance in terms of being close enough to all the major attractions, whilst providing a peaceful escape at the end of the day.

It is also really easy to reach from the airport and is a very straightforward drive down the I4,which also makes travelling to the nearby beaches a breeze.

What makes this property unique

The villa is extremely accessible to local shops, restaurants, attractions and golf courses. It offers all amenities you could need for a comfortable stay and is perfectly suited for both children, thanks to the separate den, and also groups of golfers looking for nearby access to the top courses.

Cable TV and the DVD library provides in villa entertainment if you ever have time to relax. Free Wi-Fi and local and national calls ensure that you will be able to keep in touch should you wish!
