'Casa Elegancia' is a fabulous light & airy 2 bedroom apartment situated less than 400 metres from Denias golden 'Las Marinas' beach and just a stroll from the cosmopolitan high street shops on the 'Marques de Campo'. 'Casa Elegancia' has a south facing balcony with excellent mountain views. The accommodation has been furnished to an extremely high standard and comprises a large combined lounge/dining room with satellite TV, Home Cinema, two bedrooms (a double and a twin), one full bathroom with shower and a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen. Both the living room and master bedroom open on to a sheltered south facing sun terrace that overlooks the Denia and the Montgo mountains. Free unlimited WiFi. and UK internet TV. Fijn licht appartement met een groot zonnig balkon aan de straatkant. Ideaal is dat de woning vanuit de parkeergarage met de lift is te bereiken. Fijne ligging dichtbij centrum, winkels, strand en boulevard. Contact met verhuurder en sleutel overdracht uitstekend.

Estuvimos una semana en Septiembre. El apartamento tiene de todo, la verdad, y si no vas a comer todos los días en él te vale más que de sobra. El sofá es lo que quizá cambiaría y poner una tele un pelín más grande. La terraza maravillosa! Amplia y muy cómoda. La situación bastante buena. La piscina muy bien. En definitiva, buena estancia.

Très beau coomplexe privé, très jolie piscine bien entretenu, garage privé, et belle terrasse mais trop chaud en été pour en profiter. La clim est appréciable, la Cuisine petite mais bien fonctionel, Jane et Sean accueillant.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Denia. Très bon accueuil de la part de Jane. L appartement correspond au descritif de l annonce. Un petit effort sur la propreté serait appréciable. Nice stay in Sean's appartement

Nice appartement on the second floor of a closed complex. Weather was good. All facilities were there and the appartment also contained everything we needed. One chair on the balcony was broken but we used a spare one. Car can be parked in the parking garage in the basement. The swimming pool was clean and the water nice. The city center was a 20 minutes walk. Supermarket was a 5 minutes walk.

Denia Appartment

Wir wurden von Jane freundlich in Empfang genommen; sie hat uns alles gezeigt und unsere Fragen beantwortet; ebenso freundlich verlief die Rückgabe der Wohnung. Hier nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an Jane. Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen Anlage mit einem schönen, großen und sonnigen Balkon. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine ist vorhanden); allerdings müsste sie mal grundgereinigt werden; insbesondere die Dunstabzugshaube. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist leider schon etwas abgewohnt; die Couch durchgelegen. Grundsätzlich war die Wohnung für unseren Bedarf in Ordnung, aber auf den Fotos sah sie definitiv schöner aus als sie es in Wirklichkeit ist. Die Wohnung ist zudem sehr hellhörig. Ein Pluspunkt ist die Tiefgarage, wenn auch relativ eng. Man sollte gut ein- und ausparken können.

Good value, super convenient location

This apartment represents great value and is in a super convenient location. A short walk to all amenities, local beach & the centre of Denia. Convenient underground parking and a sunny spacious area with south facing balcony. We had a very good time in Denia and would recommend it highly as a base to explore the area. The apartment is very comfortable but some of the furniture including the sofa could do with a refresh. We had to clean the microwave and some of the pots & pans and some areas could do with a bit more attention when cleaning. Overall we were happy with the apartment and with the check in & out process. Jane was very friendly and helpful with check in.

Why they chose this property

Denia is great, a lovely authentic Spanish town. The beach is next to the complex, the town is a very short walk, it has a lovely marina and countless restaurants so you can relax and people watch. It is not Marbella so the prices are reasonable and affordable. Drive along the coast and the views are great, Stop off along the way in lovely Javea or Moraira. It is just great, we will retire there and so look forward to the day!

What makes this property unique

The people, the location, the beach, the food and the weather, almost wall to wall sunshine year round. Sit outside most of the year in short sleeves and plan your days for being outside. Long live Denia and Spain!
