Apartment was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.
Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance so no car required.
We loved this property. It was spotless, in a great location and east as pie to check in.
Had a slight problem with the air con in the master bedroom but that was sorted. It worked sporadically and I’ve no doubt Phillip will get it fixed asap.
All in all we loved it.
Large townhouse in small complex. Very spacious with three floors including multiple nice seating areas on ground and first floor. First floor had nice out door terrace. Ground floor felt a little dark at times and the outdoor area was likewise being quite enclosed by shrubs and trees.
The furniture and decor were of good quality albeit perhaps not to every ones taste but we thought it was very nice.
The kitchen was small but good quality and quite new, was also well equipped and more than adequate for our needs.
Bathrooms were fine although as is often the way they take a hammering and could probably do with a little bit of refreshing in places but no big issues.
The communal pool area was nicely cared for with well tended gardens. A few of the walkway areas could have done with a lick of paint but nothing major.
The location was excellent for the marina and it’s bars and restaurants with a very handy gate that gave a short cut through a public car park. It’s quite a walk though to the old town area but didn’t bother us.
We had an issue with aircon after a day but the engineer turned up 48 hours later and got most of it working.
One issue to be aware of are the mosquitoes. Our family are attractive to them and all got many many bites, my sons girlfriend however did not get bitten once. If they don’t bother you then should be fine but if you are susceptible then be aware. Overall very nice place and good value. Enjoyed.
The property is exactly as shown online; it is very spacious, in a secure urbanisation with a good size communal pool and well maintained lawns, trees etc. The complex is ideally located with a supermarket across the road, a walk of less than 5 minutes to the marina area and 20 minutes to the centre of Estepona.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
Myself and my family spent 10 days at this perfectly located property on the fringe of Estepona marina. Communication and check in went seamlessly. The property is nicely appointed and has everything you need for a great holiday. Very spacious over 3 floors with an additional roof Terrance. The ground floor is a double edged sword really, it is dark and cool which is welcomed in the heat but can feel disconnected from outside space and light. The Balcony on the first floor is your only real connection to outside space and is sufficient. The roof terrace is great for a bigger outlook view and for drying your towels but not a space that you would want to spend a large amount of time in.
The gated complex feels safe and secure with easy access to the complex carpark, pool and access to the front main road or alternatively a short walk through to the gate at the rear of the complex giving you quick and easy access to the beach, marina and a multitude of bars and restaurants.
Ideally located for Estepona town which can be walked to on a mostly pedestrianised promenade that is beautifully presented.
A short drive and you can be in Marbella, Puerto Banus, Sontogrande and Gibraltar so ideally located for any of these places.
Supermarket in walking distance is very good and many others only a short drive away.
Thank you Phill and family for letting us stay in your property.
We had a lovely stay in the house. It’s fully equipped with everything you need and so spacious. The communal grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The house is in a very good location and walking distance from the beaches. Good communication from house owners and property manager.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay once we got used to the location and found our way around. On arrival Walter was there waiting for us which was so nice, we had an issue with a toilet the first day, it immediately got fixed.
I expected the beach to be on our doorstep from the photo's, it is not. Their is a gate that takes you to the beach , however it is a little walk through a waste land area. The beach walks were beautiful and quiet, we walked back via the road, a nicer walk.
That beach is to the right of the property. The beulevard is to the left via the harbour not right outside the complex as we expected. The old town of Estepona is about 20 minutes away. Again further than we expected. Supermarkets close by and a wonderful market in the harbour, I think on Sunday morning.
The house itself was like a museum, lots of art, books and spanish/english bits and pieces around which we all enjoyed.
I would not recommend this house to anyone with young children or the elderly because of the stairs, there are lots and they are solid marble, a bit dangerous.
The little kitchen was very well equip, the balcony however is on the second floor, no big deal really but everything had to be taken up a flight of stairs when eating outside.
A great location to have as a base. We liked the security being a gated community and nice parking. Thanks
A lovely property with everything you need. Great pool, which the children loved and a fantastic location near beach as well as local port for restaurants, supermarkets and walking distance to the town for even more variety

Perfect location for our family holiday. The house description is very accurate.
We had a lovely holiday. Estepona is fabulous. The house and complex are exactly as described; the swimming pool was very refreshing; the nearby beach was perfect for our 2 year old. The proximity to the port and all the restaurants made it very easy to walk out for food in the evening. The walk into Estepona town was enjoyable. Altogether a very good holiday at a very reasonable price. Thank you Philip and Julie.

Picturesque Estepona
I must admit that I was rather concerned and apprehensive after paying in full for this property and then reading a rather negative and not so favourable review. I can now reassure all future guests that the review is not a true reflection or impression of the house/Belgravia Club or the surrounding areas. The property was spacious, airy, clean and with excellent facilities. The house is a “town-house “ type and therefore split into several levels (3 floors). The 1st floor lounge and sun terrace being on the first floor was our favourite room and where we spent a great deal of our time. It was spacious, light and airy and perfect for sitting outside for breakfast or in the evenings or just chilling reading a book from the extensive range of literature available on the book shelves. ( I read 3!)
It would have been nice however, to have had access to another T.V in this area or in the main ensuite bedroom - as we would rather watch different programmes to our older teenage sons. This was not an issue though, as we were out most days exploring Estepona and not in long enough to watch much tv- just something maybe to consider. The ground floor is considerably darker but this does provide a cooler area and reprieve from the extensive heat of the day. The bedrooms are all spacious and light with balconies and plenty of wardrobe space. The pool and gardens were lovely and well maintained with life guard on patrol. Although always busy - being in the height of peak season, we always managed to get sun beds.
The property is perfectly located with the Marina/Port right on your doorstep. The Marina is surrounding by a variety of restaurants, tapas bars, coffee shops and ice cream parlours, all of which are of good quality and we tried several! Estepona itself is beautiful and caters for all travellers needs. The promenade provides a long lovely walk into the “Old town” (approx 20-25mins). The steeets are lovely and very picturesque with an abundance of flowers and pretty plazas with cobbled streets lined with flower pots. There are a superb selection of eateries from restaurants and tapas bars , to fast food outlets. We visited the Orchid Garden Centre located in the old town, which is must for a cheap price of €3.All in all we had a great time and would certainly recommend this property. I can confirm that the pictures are an accurate and true representation of the property/grounds and area. Also
a mention to Kevin/Agent rep who was helpful and informative.

Stayed many times - superb townhouse
I have stayed on four occasions at this property. The property is clean, has excellent facilities and is very spacious.
Phill is easy to deal with and very helpful. The location is superb and a car is not needed. It is a five minute walk to the marina which has a superb selection of bars and restaurants.
There are two supermarkets also within a five minute walk. Playa Del Cristo beach is accessible from the townhouse and is a couple of minutes walk. This beach is ideal for families and has 2 chiringuitos for food and drinks.
The pool and gardens at The Belgravia Club are beautiful and even in high season it never appears to be too busy.
I would highly recommend this townhouse and will return.

Tusen takk for et fantastisk opphold

Horrid left straight away
Repeat of last review which said property was unsuitable for children and thoroughly gloomy and depressing. Cannot believe we were seduced by ? Old reviews . Private tatty path led to muddy carpark? And yards and yards of broken derelict concrete along the sea.,,have photos of interior and surroundings and will forward them. I will never book on your website again and would strongly advise you to remove this from your list. Phoned owners to say we were leaving straight away and they said they had never had complaints. My family have worked and lived all over the world and we’re shocked to be so misled. My friend who accompanied us and also took photos has bee in travel industry for forty years was shocked this mistrepresentation. A very costly mistake for me but most of all incredibly upsetting as a young granny wanted to treat my daughter and her young kiddies to a special recuperation holiday after the stress of moving countries to UK. and giving birth less than a year ago. Look forward to your comments and acknowledgement that I have been served a raw deal and will not use this website again or encourage others to do likewise. Not that impressed by our meet and greet either and appalled that owners may not have checked checked their place for sometime and an apology of sorts would be appreciated.

Great location, great house - perfect holiday
This house is in the best location in Estepona. It had pretty much everything you could want for a great holiday. Very relaxing and comfortable, almost on the beach. Good pool, lovely gardens....at the port, and with the old town in easy walking distance. We didn't need a car: bus to and from Malaga airport is very easy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone (though be aware that the house is on several levels, so quite a few steps). Top terrace has great views out to sea. Highlight of holiday apart from magnificent food at every restaurant we visited was a trip on a catamaran from the marina to see dolphins (and have a swim from the boat way out in the Med)

Fantastic family holiday
We have stayed at this property for 2 years running for our family holiday and we have really enjoyed it both times. Estepona is a great place to come for a holiday, really friendly, picturesque, quiet and suitable for families, but it's also close enough to major attractions.
The port of Estepona is right on your doorstep and has many quality restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours, all of which are family friendly. We enjoyed going down there most days and also going to the Sunday markets. Further into Estepona, on the main beach, is a large beachfront play park which was amazing, we couldn't keep the children off it.
Would advise hiring a car (parking is provided at the house) as we found it really useful for taking day trips and for stocking up at the large Carrefour supermarket, which is a short distance away. Gibraltar, the Fuingerola Bio Park, and 2 of the large waterparks on the Costa del Sol are around an hour away by car, and easy to get to from Estepona.
The property is extensive and we found we had ample space for us and our two children. The house comes provided with all things you would need for young children, e.g. Cot, highchair, stair gates, and plastic cups and plates, plus pool / beach toys. The house and grounds are clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped. The sun terrace on the first floor is heavenly, particularly good for sitting out in the evenings once the kids are in bed, and enjoying a cold cerveza! The pool area is stunning, with plenty of shade for small children, and it is always immaculately clean.
Christo beach is really close and is a lovely sheltered beach with shallow incline which is perfect for little ones. There are also toilets, a play park and a couple of restaurants on the beach so you can spend a lot of time there!
All in all we would recommend this property. We have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves every time we have visited, and we are already planning our next trip back...there's still so much to see and do!

Comfortable, well positioned townhouse
The owners were accomodating and friendly along with their representatives in Spain who were very helpful. Spacious, homely property in a complex with a mixture of locals and holiday rentals. Can get busy around pool at the weekend but can usually squeeze in. Nearest beach and harbour restaurants about 5 mins walk and a nice promenade walk to town center about 20 mins. Plenty of fans in the property but air conditioning would have been welcome. Good value for money and everything you could need, decoration a bit dated.

About the host
Hosted by Phillip Chick
The house is owned by three cousins who all live and work in the UK. One of us is a golfer and the nearby courses make this an ideal golfing destination with a perfect climate to play, especially during the Spring and Autumn months. The house provides us with an ideal location to relax and take time out from our busy lives. It is an ideal spot to which we often escape. One of us has grown up children who enjoy both the local night life with bustling bars and restaurants but also making trips into Marbella, Puerto Banus and Sotogrande, all of which can be accessed easily by car. For younger members of the family the local beach is ideal and there are nearby water parks and themed attractions.
Why they chose this property
The location is fantastic for family holidays, with beaches, bars, retaurants and supermarkets all only a short walk from the property. Estepona, unlike many other parts of the Costa, remains quintessentially Spanish. It provides a taste of the real Spain with Tapas bars and traditional Spanish entertainment available in Estepona town. The climate provides long sunny days and warm evenings to stroll along the beach, to walk into the old town or simply to relax at one of the many family friendly restaurants. For those with limited Spanish this is not a problem as English is widely spoken by bar and restaurant staff.
What makes this property unique
The property is fully air conditioned and is spacious with two very large lounge areas and three bedrooms spread over three floors. It benefits from its own high speed fibre optic broadband. It provides more than ample space for six people to enjoy each others company or to spread out and find personal space. The sun and roof terraces offer an additional dimension to the property, allowing people to sun bathe and relax in privacy. The Sun Terrace is a particularly good space to unwind in the evenings, opening as it does from the first floor lounge. This allows family to eat and drink outdoors even after children have gone to bed. The property has a brand new, well equipped fitted kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso coffee machine, etc. The lounge diner on the ground floor has TV via broadband offering UK terrestrial and sky package with movies, box sets and sport options together with a DVD player. For more formal meals. It has a large dining table that seats eight in comfort. Access to the Andalucian patio is via the ground floor lounge diner and provides rear access to the gardens and pool. The lounge area on the first floor provides a quiet space with access to the sun terrace. The urbanisation is walled and gated providing a secure environment in which to enjoy your holiday offering private off road parking.
