The finca is 3kms south of Santa Eulalia (which has a World Class Marina and surrounding beaches, superb selection of restaurants, bars and shopping) with fantastic views of the surrounding hills and sunsets. It is perfect for one large or 2 families.

There are 6 air-conditioned (and ceiling fans) bedrooms, 5 double and 1 twin (that can be made up as a double). 3 of the bedrooms are en-suite and there is a shared bathroom for the remaining 3 bedrooms. There is also an additional bathroom that can be accessed via the terrace from Bedroom 2.

The pool is situated in tranquil gardens with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. A BBQ and large outdoor dining area with stunning views is just off the living room where there is more dining space. Daily cleaning is included (excluding Sunday's). A chef is available on request. Sleeps 12.

Positively perfect

What luxury to have such privacy yet be so close to Sta Eulalia, the airport, etc. The home is in perfect condition and so well appointed: super chic (custom cool furnishings from Bali, India and Kenya), a bit funky, totally homey, plenty of room for a house full without being on top of one another, and the most spectacular grounds and pool area you can imagine. If you think having 7 acres in Ibiza is normal YOU ARE WRONG. And this house makes stunning use of it all. With terraces on various sides of the house to either be in the sun or get away from it, you'll always be comfortable and will have a great view! And the housekeeper/cook is a total gem, treat her with love because she so deserves it, especially with a full house to look after. Don't look at any other villa in Ibiza, this is THE ONE.

Incredible, luxiourous, heavenly

Can Nic surpasses all expectations. Fabulous rooms, incredible interiors, masses of space, light - and fits so many in comfortably. Wonderful swimming pool, amazing view, wonderful staff, perfect weather, I just can't rate Can Nic high enough. And only 15 mins from the airport and shops. Oh yes, we will DEFINITELY be back. THANK YOU Can Nic!

Utterly fabulous!

Absolutely stunning house and garden, perfect for the kids and us adults loved it too. We felt very spoilt and didnt want to leave - bring on Summer 2016 at Can Nic!

Ibiza is the perfect year round location, fantastic weather, beautiful beaches, wonderful restaurants and food markets, stunning walks, every possible form of entertainment and kind, generous, warm welcoming people. In short - this is HEAVEN. (and I haven't even talked about the Clubs! and that is because we didn't choose Ibiza for that reason!)

What makes this property unique

Incredible views, complete privacy, a wonderful sense of space, your own private 7 acre forest to walk through, a fantastic salt water pool, plenty of space to spread out with two separate sitting rooms and kitchen, and six separate terraces/chill out areas. And with close proximity to everything that Ibiza has to offer.
