This beautiful villa is in the peaceful area of Costa Papagayo, 10 minutes walk to the town centre and just 5 minutes walk to the new Aldi supermarket at the end of the street. The nearest beach is Playa Dorada about 8-10 minute walk away. The villa is also on the doorstep of the fabulous Papagayo National Park, and the Marina Rubicon. High walls surround the villa for total privacy, landscaped gardens, heated pool and multiple terraces with sun loungers. Various dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ area..

Lovely stay
This is a lovely villa in a quiet location. The outside space is absolutely wonderful and the interior is also spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms were comfortable.Charles is a most charming host, we would definitely stay again.

Enjoyable Holiday
Charles was an excellent host and communicated extremely well. Check in & out was simple.The Villa is in a quiet location and has lovely gardens. During the holiday the weather was very windy on occasions restricting use of outdoor space which are large and spacious.It’s about a 20-25 min walk to the front. During our stay a large Aldi store opened about a 10 min walk away which will be great for future guests.There is a smart Tv and very fast internet connection. As we didn’t have a car Charles offered to take us to supermarket which was very kind.Taxis are about 5 euros from the front or the large superdyno supermarket in town

A lovely relaxing holiday
We've just had the most lovely 4 relaxing weeks holiday spent in this beautiful villa. The outside space is second to none and everything you would want (or need) inside. There is a good 20/25 minutes walk down to the front of Playa Blanca, but when you get used to it, you find new things to see every time - would certainly recommend

Fantastic Villa and excellent service
We had an 11 night stay here. Charles could not have been more helpful, at the premises when we arrived and gave us a guided tour and all the info we would need. Security system was a nice reassurance and plenty of room both inside and outside. We would definitely recommend

Superb and relaxing stay
Lovely property, nice and private with geat area for sunbathing, nice pool. BBQ was great, we used it a lot. Tony Soprano the cat 🐈 lives in the area and comes by for food and a fuss. Charles, the owner is fantastic, really helpful and responsive.

The location is perfect, short walk to the sea front, restaurants, shops etc and the villa is amazing. Charles the owner couldnt be more helpful and replied very quickly to any questions. Brilliant villa and a fab holiday. We will definitely be back !!

Amazing Holiday
As a family we opted for a villa so we could spend chilled time in and out of the pool without worrying about getting a sunbed !Plus we didn't want to be in a busy hotel. We decided on Lanzarote as its a place we have never visited and thought we could explore the island Our host Charles couldn't be more helpful and as for his villa...it was lovely! Good size, clean and Modern The villa was well equipped with everything we needed Outdoor space was lovely and pool was amazing on those hot sunny days Charles was a super host for offering advice on the island itself and recommendations for place to eat and visit ! It has a smart Tv which proved invaluable to us in the evening We would most definately recommend this Villa and will most definitely return ! Thankyou Charles for a memorable holiday

Lovely well equipped vila within easy reach of Playa Blanca, beaches and Marina. Had a great family break in the Vila the pool. The properly are great as a base for adventure or as a place to chill. Charles the owner was really friendly and helpful! Highly recommended

wunderbarer Wanderurlaub
Als Ausgangsort für Wanderungen sehr gut, wenn man ein Auto hat. Und der Pool anschließend war einfach ein Traum. Das Haus ist geeignet für alle die gerne ihre Ruhe haben, fern der Bettenburgen. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in einem tollen Haus!

Great villa
We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The Villa was spotless and everything needed was provided. The host could not do enough for us and was on hand if anything was required. The Villa was about 20 minutes walk to the centre and a taxi was around 4 euros. We would definitely look to return next year.

A great villa in a very peaceful location. Great communication with Charles, who met us on arrival. The heated pool was excellent, heating it in April was a must. Around 30 minutes walk to bars and restaurants, that is pretty much flat all of the way, so not too challenging. Overall a very relaxing stay. We’d definitely return in the future.

Little bit of paradise
From our very first communication with Koroli/Charles our holiday was completely seemless. On arrival we were met by Koroli and his lovely girlfriend Ramona at the airport. Checking in was seamless and Charles even gave us a guided tour of the area, which allowed us to get our bearings, before dropping us at the supermarket to get our supplies. Charles came round to clean the pool half way through our stay and dropped my daughter and I at the local gym, where he went in and introduced us to the owner, nothing seemed to be to much trouble. Charles went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. The villa is even more impressive in reality, the views are beautiful, situated in a very quiet, safe and secure feeling area. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is exceptionally well equipped, pool towels are even provided. The outside space and pool area really made it for us. Having access to your own private pool and expansive garden area was a real treat. The villa is around a 35 minute walk to both the marina and the town centre, which has a variety of high quality restaurants. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Charles' villa to anyone as we do not have a negative thing to say about it! We would definitely like to visit again in the future, in fact we had hoped to return in October but unfortunately it is already booked for our preferred dates. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Rundum zufriedener Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus ist der ideale Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub: zurückgesetzt von der Strasse, großes, nicht einsehbares Grundstück, geräumig, gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Großer, schöner Pool. Bei Beheizung durch die Wärmepumpe leider etwas laut. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der wintergartenartige Anbau mit Blick auf Pool und Garten. Viel Freude hatten wir auch am süßen Kater Toni, der uns morgens und abends besucht hat.

Schönes Haus und Grundstück
Es war sehr schön in Charles Haus, Angela und Ramona waren sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Leider ist die Lage bei FeWo nicht korrekt angegeben, das Haus liegt nicht in Las Coloradas. Die Bäder sind nicht mehr die neuesten.

Urlaub mit Familie
Es war ein Traumhaft schöner Urlaub in einem modernen und toll eingerichteten Villa wir waren 2 Wochen da 09.02.2024 - 23.02.24 mit unserem Hund. Die Fotos entsprechen genau der Beschreibung vom Internet. Das Haus liegt in einer schönen Wohnsiedlung mit tollem Garten und Privat Pool, das Grundstuck ist von außen nicht einsehbar und sehr gepflegt. Der Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind circa 20. Gehminuten entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort "Ramona" ist super spricht Deutsch alles war unkompliziert wie man sich das wünscht. Ideal auch für Familien mit Kinder. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Bis bald. Danke für den schönen Urlaub Carlos viele Grüße Ilona und Familie.

Objekt in schöner Lage
Bei der Ankunft/Abreise war Charles vor Ort, um uns alles zu erklären/zu verabschieden. Bei Problemen war er immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Grundnahrungsmittel und Hygieneartikel waren umfangreich vorhanden und uneingeschränkt verfügbar. Großes Grundstück mit großem Pool, uneinsehbar und absolut ruhig gelegen. Die Villa verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, ein kleiner Raum dient als Vorratsraum und ist abgesperrt. Generell besteht in den Bädern und dem Kinderzimmer leichter Renovierungsbedarf. Leider gibt es kein deutsches Fernsehen, da aber an dem großen Smart-TV Strom, Netzwerkkabel und HDMI-Kabel vorhanden sind, konnten wir unsere Smart-TV Box anschließen. Der liebe Kater Toni hat uns regelmäßig besucht und Zeit bei uns verbracht. Außenbeleuchtung wäre schön, damit man nachts besser zur Haustüre findet. Wir empfehlen auch ein Gästebuch, um anderen Mietern Tipps und Tricks zu hinterlassen. Tipp: direkt hinter dem Objekt ist eine nicht asphaltierte Lauf- und Mountainbike Strecke. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen die Villa weiter. Danke an Charles und seine Partnerin.
