Staying in our house, you can walk (450m) to a public beach in the center of Pampelonne Bay, unpopular although beside the beach club 55. The access to the house and the beach is done by a protected street of the housing estate of Pampelonne, without road to cross. The ground floor of the house is equipped with new bedding, a recent appliance, a wifi connection, and it opens on the ground, closed, sported and shaded. (2. 450m2, with garden furniture and parasol)
                    75 m2 for 4-5 people with:
- a living room / dining room TV wifi, with corner cooks equipped, cooks electric and gas, dishwasher and microwaves, refrigerator with freezer.
- a shower room with washing machine and toilet
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds.
The house is equidistant from Ramatuelle and Saint Tropez (about 5 minutes by car) and close to the coastal paths for the walk.

Trés bel endroit

Maison ancienne au confort rustique mais très agréable par son environnement, son calme, son grand jardin avec la possibilité d'emmener son chien. Accueil chaleureux et convivial. Nous recommandons vivement!

Perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt am Meer mit Hund

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im September sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in einem großen, umzäunten Park in Gehdistanz zur Hundefreundlichen Plage Pampelonne. Die Einrichtung ist gut gepflegt, nicht luxuriös aber sehr zweckmäßig und man fühlt sich wohl. Unser Hund hat den Park sehr genossen und wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an die Eigentümer für dieses « Bijou » mit einem tollen Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Yasmin&Urs

Tolle einfache Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt mit unserem Hund. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt die Küche gut ausgestattet,Betten sehr bequem. Alles in einer ruhigen Ferienhaus Anlage. Der sehr Hundefreundliche Strand war 8min zu Fuss entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind leider nicht zu Fuss erreichbar

Un séjour de rêve.

Un appartement magnifique, équipé de tout ce que le cœur du cuisinier peut désirer. Un court chemin vers les vagues de Pampelonne. À deux pas de Saint-Tropez et de Ramatuelle. Que demander de plus ? Il suffit de revenir. Merci à Jacques, à Cecilia et à Jean. À bientôt !

Sehr gute Lage

Große, schattige Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küche auf riesengroßen Grundstück - alles genauso wie auf den Fotos - und in idealer Lage: in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am wunderschönen Strand von Pampelonne und in der Mittagshitze im großen, ruhigen Garten im Schatten der Korkeichen! Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Haus! Normalerweise probieren wir andere Unterkünfte aus, wenn wir wieder in die gleiche Gegend fahren aber zu diesem Haus kommen wir gerne wieder weil einfach alles perfekt war! Angefangen vom Haus, dem Grundstück, der Lage bis zu den super freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern - auch vor Ort - und alles bei einem fairen Preis! Danke für die schöne Zeit und wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort!

Die Wohnung ist einfach aber mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett .

Das Haus liegt in einem Villenviertel direkt am Strand,. Am Strand gibt es diverse Clubs und Restaurants. Diese sind allerdings sehr teuer. St. Tropez Preise eben. Zum Einkaufen sollte man einen Ort weiter fahren. Da sind die Preise wieder normal. Für Strandurlaub und als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen ideal.

Rez de chaussée d une maison typique et authentique avec toutes les commodités conformes au descriptif. Secteur calme et sécurisé. Belle plage de Pampelonne et du sentier du littoral accessibles très rapidement à pied et en toute sécurité..

Bonne location familiale

Location du rez de chaussée d’une maison familiale, le 1èr étage était occupé par les propriétaires qui n’ont causé aucune gêne durant notre séjour. La maison est dans son jus mais bien fonctionnelle, la cuisine est plutôt bien équipée. La plage est belle et à 5 min à pied.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, sehr nette Vermieter

Wir haben einen tollen Sommerurlaub mit unseren drei Kindern in dem Objekt verbracht! Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr sauber sowie zudem geschmackvoll und wertig eingerichtet. Die schöne Terrasse und der große Garten laden zum Verweilen und entspannen ein. Auch ist der Weg zum traumhaften Strandabschnitt sehr kurz (5 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Einfach perfekt!

Location is everything

The location is great. Just 4 minutes from the front door until you are standing with your feet in the Mediterranean. No Stress with finding a parking place, the large and wooded property offers plenty of shade. The property is located in a quiet and secure area. The owners are very nice and helpful. The contact was very friendly.

Schöner Urlaub am Plage Pampelonne

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit unseren zwei Kindern und unserem Hund in der Ferienwohnung vom Ehepaar Philippe. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und der Garten mit den vielen Korkeichen ist riesengroß. Das war perfekt für uns und vor allem für unseren Hund. Wir haben immer im Garten gefrühstückt und am Abend eine Runde Pingpong gespielt. Das Haus und die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Lage ist perfekt, um zu Fuß den wunderschönen Plage Pampelonne zu erreichen. Außerdem kann man Saint Tropez und Ramatuelle in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hier kann man schöne Ferien machen

Wir haben hier sehr schöne Ferien verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kinder können auf dem Grundstück hervorragend spielen. Die Lage in der Nähe des Strands spricht für sich. Die alten Möbel haben uns gut gefallen, leider sind die Betten etwas kurz. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eccellente posizione per spiaggia di Pampelonne

Appartamento situato al piano terreno di casa inserita in grande giardino ricco di essenze mediterranee. Costruzione non recentissima ma tutti i confort sono garantiti. A piedi si raggiunge facilmente uno dei migliori punti della spiaggia di Pampelonne. I proprietari si sono dimostrati squisiti ed attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. Esperienza assolutamente da consigliare!

Nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires avec une gentillesse inoubliable. Nous avons passé une semaine formidable au rez-de-chaussée de cette maison offrant toutes les commodités, située dans un havre de paix, avec un jardin à la fois ombragée et ensoleillée, la magnifique plage -sans foule- à 5 minutes à pied. Une location que nous recommandons vivement !
