Beautiful apartment with sea view near Rome
Holiday house in Santa Marinella (RM) of about 80 square meters. Just over 1 km from the center, 200 meters from the first beach facilities. The building has a lift and ample parking availability. The apartment inside is new and fully furnished, ideal for 4 guests but with 6 beds available. Large living room with a rectangular table, four chairs and one sofa bed and LED TV; 2 bedrooms: 1 with double bed, the other with two single beds (one pull-out); kitchen with kitchenette and dining table with 4 chairs, washing machine and oven; two bathrooms: one large comprehensive health and tub / shower, the other smaller with sink and toilet; 2 balconies overlooking the sea.

Santa Marinella is 60 km from the capital, 40 km from Fiumicino Airport and 10 km from the port of Civitavecchia, is called "The Pearl of the Tyrrhenian" and considered in ancient times one of the most beautiful and healthy seaside resorts of the Tyrrhenian coast .
The town surrounded by pine trees, palms and oleanders, overlooks the sea and has its gentle hills behind.
Since ancient times the city was considered one of the most beautiful coastal resorts and healing, especially thanks to its location, overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, and to the climate.
This features that make it a very pleasant town with the highest number of sunny days per year and the longest summer season of the year which runs from May to November.
Its geographical location is facing south, where the tip Capolinaro you can see the sun rise from the sea and set on the sea itself.
The iodine-rich air is excellent for the treatment of respiratory diseases.
The last King of Italy, Vittorio Emanuele III chose this place to cure his daughter Yolanda later his estate was donated to found the Children's Hospital Child Jesus. This location is paramount for those who love surfing, in fact, the particular relationship between the morphology of the seabed and coastal location made it possible, in some places, the development of waves such as to arouse the attention of surfers from all over Italy and Europe. Every year in the beach of "Banzai Beach" we organize competitions and exhibitions supervised by the Federation of Surfing at national and international level

What makes this property unique
Santa Marinella offers many initiatives, particularities and centers of interest.
From the exhibition of surfing to visiting the castle of Santa Severa.
A playground green park a few meters for children to play or just to take take a good ice cream.
Two spas are very close and reachable by car (Ficoncella and spas of Stigiliano), a water park (Aquafelix), the archaeological sites of Cerveteri and Tarquinia, the visit to the island of Giglio by sea, and more.
Opposite the building is the bus stop leading to the station from where you can easily reach the center of Rome by train. The rail links to the capital Rome are frequent, two or three every hour from 5 am until late evening.
