This beautiful apartment is only 100m from Cap de la Vila, the historical center of Sitges, just a short walk from all the other attractions of this charming village and only 5 minutes from the beach. It has been equipped with a wide range of amenities and is suitable for a family of up to 5 people, up to 2 couples, or thee individual travellers. It has been recently renovated and refurbished with high quality materials and exquisite taste.
As you enter the apartment you are met with an open kitchen, separated from the living room by a bar, with a washing machine, a dishwasher, an espresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, an oven, fridge and hobs. The adjacent living room has a dining table, a L-shaped sofa, TV and connects to a long balcony (6 x 1m) with chairs and a small table. All in all, the apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with a shower en suite, the second bedroom has a double bed (1,50 m x 2 m), and the third, one single bed. There is another bathroom with a shower also. The apartment is perfect for 4 people, but in the case of a family of 5 we can make an exception and accept 5 people.
There is WIFI, heating and air-conditioning (the unit is in the living room but if the doors are left open it reaches all the rooms), and there are also fans. There is also a small patio for sun-drying laundry. An parking space just a cross the street can be rented for 15 eur per day.
