This villa is a spacious first class property and is maintained and furnished to the highest standard throughout. The accommodation is set over 4 levels and sits in approximately 2000 m2 of its own landscaped gardens with private heated swimming pool.

On entering you will be immediately struck by the spaciousness of the open plan, air-conditioned living area. In the lounge there are two sets of patio doors leading onto the pool side patio and gardens. For dining there is a large extendable table that will comfortably seat 10. The modern integral granite surfaced kitchen is fully fitted in chrome and dark wood comprising of all essentials and a breakfast bar and stools.

Prepare to be amazed at the vast size of the outdoor area with covered patio offering sofas to relax in and an ample al-fresco dining area where you can serve food cooked on the charcoal BBQ. In the afternoon, lay by the clear water of the pool on the bathing area or take advantage of the extensive artificial lawns. Also on the ground floor are bedrooms 4, 5 and a family bathroom.

Moving onto the 1st floor, you will find the bedroom 1 which is easily the largest bedroom in the house and has huge patio doors leading out onto its own private terrace with views of the pool, gardens and the wonderful sunset out to sea. Still on the first floor, you will find bedrooms 2 & 3 and there is also separate shower room.

Up onto the 2nd floor and the large roof-top terrace with sun loungers plus table and chairs. Here you can get everyone together to enjoy some snacks before cooling off under the outdoor shower. Afterwards hop onto a sunbed and drink in the fantastic panoramic views while soaking up the sun till the very last drop has faded from the sky.

In the basement of the villa you will find the laundry room with a safety deposit box in this room. From this level of the villa you can access the private underground garage with space to park 2 cars and more. This also has an alarm system for your security. This villa is furnished and presented to a high standard and is very well maintained.

The amazing large outside living area situated within its own stunning artificial lawned landscaped gardens with many features and has several terraces with views over the sea.There is a BBQ area with many sets of table and chairs. This villa is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise. We also have Villa Del Duque next door available for rent.

Due to popular demand we charge a small additional fee for school half term holiday weeks, if you process a booking over a school half term holiday week you will be notified of this fee. We require all young groups to contact us before making a booking. Also make sure you contact us before you wish to make a booking over the New Year period without the Christmas day period being booked first.

Visit this popular beach and walk the palm tree lined promenade which runs along the beaches of Playa Del Duque, Playa de Fanabe and Playa de Las Américas. Car hire is certainly not required when staying at this villa.
