Nous avons passé un Excellent séjour
La maison de Raouf est idéalement situé, proche des commerces et facile d'accès à Sidi bou Saïd. Le logement était impeccable à notre arrivé et correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Le logement est très bien équipé, cuisine, chauffage, clim... Très bonne adresse!

On se sent bien chez Raouf. L’appartement est bien situé et dispose de tous les équipements pour rendre le séjour agréable. Nous étions en hiver et l’appartement est bien chauffé Raouf nous a reconduit à la gare de Tunis lors de notre départ et offert des pâtisseries. Super séjour

La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima, vicino a ristoranti, una banca, al mare. L'appartamento è piccolino ma confortevole e completo di ogni comodità, sia in cucina/sala, che nelle camere. Avere 4 bagni in casa è ottimo, permette di soggiornare tranquillamente in 4/5 persone senza problemi. Inoltre il propietario è sempre disponibile, cordiale, e si adatta alle necessità del cliente. Molto raccomandabile!

Sidi on y est bien.. Pour l appartement identique à la description rien à redire hormis peu être le manque de couvert mais le propriétaire remédie a tout cela rapidement.. L emplacement est au top tous les restaurants bar banque sont au pied de l appart. Plage a côté en voiture quand même.. Bref un bon séjour avec aucune mauvaise surprise.. Merci encore

Idéalement Situé
Agréable séjours, le triplex est idéalement situé. Nous avons apprécié la propreté , l'agencement de l'appartement ainsi que ses équipements. Le logement est confortable et pratique ! On s'y sent chez soit, on peut apprécier la grande terrasse et le balcon avec les rayons de soleil... Je recommande cet appartement pour ceux qui veulent visiter Sidi Bou Said

emplacement idéal
+5 étoiles L'emplacement du triplex est idéal, super pratique: fameux village à quelques pas, les restaurants & cafés, les boulangeries & &épiceries, le supermarché et les banques sont à côté; le grand parc est à quelques mètres avec l'air de jeux et les attractions pour enfants; quelques minutes en taxi ou en train pour rejoindre La Marsa Plage ... La terrasse est très agréable sous un beau soleil. Les toilettes et douches à chaque étage sont pratiques. La cuisine ouverte est assez bien équipée. Le tranfert entre l'aéroport et la maison est une aide appréciable. -1 étoile C'est assez difficile de monter et descendre de les escaliers quand on n'a pas d'habitude, et il faut surveiller l'enfant avec grande vigilence. Les douches restent étroites. On peut entendre le trafic et le vent qui souffle fort mais pas au point d'être génant. Par contre il y a des travaux chez les voisinages.
