Step out your lanai directly to the pool and beach! Peek a boo view of the beach and gulf from your lanai. Inquire about all other rates for different time periods. Above average in size, this condo features a BRAND NEW large white kitchen with a generous island, stainless appliances and all the supplies needed. Roomy living and dining areas and a split bedroom plan for maximum privacy. Main ensuite shower recently renovated as well! The main suite features a king sized bed with attached bath featuring 2 separate sink areas and private shower area. In the guest room, a full and a twin bed. In addition, there is a roll away for extra guests! Both bedrooms feature walk in closets as well. Utility room with your own personal washer and dryer too!
