Located in the exclusive resort of calabay parc tower lake just 20 mins from disney. This 4 bed 3 bath villa is furnished to a high standard and has a private south facing pool not overlooked. Palm trees to the rear of the property provide some shade to the pool. Covered lanai with table & chairs for al fresco dining. Family living area with 60 inch HDTV with cable & patio doors to the pool, open plan kitchen with separate dining area, 2 master bedrooms with en-suite (1 king bed, 1 queen bed) both with 42 inch hdtvs, one Master bedroom has access to the pool, 2 further queens with shared bathroom both bedrooms have 37 inch hdtvs. Laminate/wooden floors in the living areas and bedrooms, tiled in the bathrooms and kitchen. Games room, wi-fi.
Main guests will need to be over 25 and provide ID at the gatehouse or to Local Property Manger ..

Leisure Visit

The property had some minor issues with broken blinds and other cosmetic issues but overall it was a good experience I would recommend bring wash clothes.

Comfortable with many amenities.

The kitchen had a lot of appliances, cookware and cutlery. The bedrooms and living room had comfortable furniture. The pool was nice and clean. The property manager was quick to fix the one issue I called them for. The negatives were the dirty white towels which we washed in the laundry machine provided at the house. However there was a huge collection of beach towels which were clean and lasted us the whole stay. Lastly, the comforter and pillows sheets in the master suite need to be replaced as the are showing signs of wear and tear. Overall, a good location with very minor setbacks.

Very nice villa

Really cannot understand the previous review about shady pool area we stayed here recently and can definitely say that there is plenty of sun around the pool area, the tree that is there is in one corner and casts a tiny amount of shade in this area in the afternoon, by moving the sun bed by about two feet problem resolved The villa is really nice clean and well kept and close to everything that Orlando and Disney offers We throughly enjoyed our stay in this villa and at very reasonable price too we would not hesitate to book again

Haven't been, looks really nice, reasonable rates etc however none of that is mentioned. Never occurs to me to think that a pool is going to be warm, sometimes the hotter the sun (which we know is bad for our skin), the cooler the water feels. I just don't get their complaint

Beware the small print - very very very naughty.

Sorry but this was a very very very naughty piece of advertising and had we known you lose 3 hours every day of sunlight out by the pool, that the tree in that picture now obscure the sun, light and heat and that the pool (in the constant shade) is freezing - we'd never ever ever have booked. Refusing to let this ruin our hols we carried on and still do (giving this 2 stars as we refuse to allow the memories to be sullied) Avoid. And again, as I say - very very naughty. All trees, all shade no sun. Go to Antarctica instead
