Great Views Of The Gulf And Island Off Of The Wrap Around Lanai.

2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo on the 9th floor on the quiet south end of the island overlooking the gulf. Unit had brand new kitchen with quartz countertops and new stainless appliances and new tile floors and both baths are new. Master has tile floors with walk in glass shower with tile floors and walls and new counters with quartz tops. Guest bath has new tile floors and quarts countertop and tub/shower with new tile. Across from Santini Plaza which has many shops, restaurants and bars. Unit has tile floors, new washer and dryer in unit. The 2 bedrooms are separated by the living space so you have some privacy. 42" flat screen TV in living area and a tv in the master bedroom. The unit has a fresh coat of paint and many new furnishings including leather sofa. A very beachy and homey feeling unit. Large swimming pool and hot tub are located just off of the community room. Walk out the door and you are right on the white sand beach where you can watch the dolphins play or search for shells. We have all your beach needs, including chairs, umbrellas, coolers and toys. You will not be disappointed in this nice unit.

Great location

Great location. Short walk to beach behind property. Restaurants across street were very good . Place was just as described and plenty of necessities included. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

This unit offered nice views of the area. Very clean, updated kitchen. Close to Santini Plaza. Beach was out there back door. Able to see the sun rise and set from this location.

The condo is in a great location, walking distance to beach, stores and restaurants. The decor in the condo was wonderful, really enjoyed it. The kitchen was wonderful with new appliances and had all we wanted especially a Keurig coffee maker. The pictures on line did not do the condo justice, it was much nicer then I expected.

I had a great winter in this beautiful condo by the gulf. Perfect weather and relaxing surroundings. Wonderful location. I would be happy to visit again.

Great location on south end of island with beautiful gulf and bay views!

The unit was bright and cheerful with a wonderful beach theme! Beautiful views from every room. Beach right outside the door with awesome white sand and lots of sea shells, sand dollars and starfish. Heated pool and hot tub were a plus. Walking distance to Santini Plaza and Fish Tale Marina where you can choose from several restaurants and shops and also rent boats or enjoy a dolphin tour or sunset cruise. Trolley stops and the end of the complex driveway. A short walk up the beach will take you to Pinchers outdoor dining with live music at the Wyndham Garden Inn. Great location at the south end of the island. Close to Lovers Key State Park. 2 miles from Publix grocery store. CVS at the plaza. The complex offered secure entry. There were gas grills on site for outdoor cooking. Residents and guests were very friendly and welcoming. The owners was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. This was a great vacation spot!
