The apartment is in a fantastic urbanization Montecala offers a quiet, relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting The location offers 2 landscaped pools with terraces, showers and a bistro.
Relax on the terrace of this recently built holiday home, while enjoying the sun with the spectacular view of the mountains or take a dip in one of the two beautiful pools. Moraig, the nearest beach, lies at the foot of the mountain. A good base for visits to various beautiful villages and cities such as Moraira, Calpe, Denia, Benitachell, Benissa etc and the super nice small beaches between these cities. There are also several beautiful walks for nature lovers.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, an equipped American kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo, washing machine, Gas BBQ. There is Air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom. From the lounge / dining room you come through the sliding window on a large terrace oriented south-west where you can enjoy the tranquility.

Geweldig!

Niks dan lovende woorden over Casa Nin. Voor vertrek verliep het contact met de eigenaars al prima en konden zij enkele vragen beantwoorden. De locatie was gemakkelijk te vinden en de foto's bij de advertentie waren even mooi als de werkelijkheid. Een heel gezellig en mooi ingericht appartement, voorzien van werkelijk alle gemakken die je maar kan bedenken: werkelijk aan alles was gedacht en in huis! Ideaal. Het huis was super netjew en schoon. Ook stond er een lekker welkomstgeschenk klaar van Casa Nin. Tijdens ons verblijf ook nog voor enkele vragen contact gehad met de eigenaars, en ook dit verliep soepel en prettig. Ook was er een uitgebreide map aanwezig met zeer veel tips over wat er te doen is in de omgeving, waar je lekker kunt eten etc. De omgeving en het park waar Casa Nin staat biedt alles om een geweldige vakantie te hebben, en die hebben wij dan ook zeker gehad. Bedankt Casa Nin, je was geweldig!
