About this property

Our Guest House unit has been 100% renovated in January 2016 with new: radiant heat floors, kitchen cabinets, appliances, 48" HDTV, mattress with a custom built bed and free WiFi access.

The Guest House is our most private unit as it does not share any common walls with our other guest units. You will enjoy beautiful views and sounds of the Mad River which is located on the property.

This unit can also be rented in conjunction with the adjoining (separated by a private hallway) 3 bedroom Owner's Quarters, which has also been 100% renovated.

Why they chose this property

We are located a short 3 miles from Sugarbush ski resort.

The Mad River is on our property and the riverside is a great place to relax or just take a stroll. With its trees and the mountain rising on the other side of the river, you will feel as if you were in the middle of a great forest. Bring your lunch down to our picnic table. You can fish along the river here, or even take a dip in the swimming hole.
