A two bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of the block with a garden and private terrace. The apartment also has a bathroom, living / dining room, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
The complex is gated with electrical access and has a playground for young children. The community is very well maintained landscaped areas so pretty.
In the area of urbanization there is a Mercadona supermarket within walking distance and a couple of bars and restaurants. The apartment is just 1500m from the beach and there is a bus stop nearby.
