About this property

Spacious house with terrace, patio and sea views near the beach in Salobreña!

The bedrooms on the ground floor are spacious and well equipped with good beds for 4 people. Both bathrooms are here. Is one more than 4 people, someone has to sleep on sofa beds in the living room on the 1st floor (1-2 persons). We therefore recommend that these 1-2persons are children or adolescents. The living room, with kitchen and dining table, is equipped with the most. One can also prepare food on the terrace at the top, for example grill. In the patio you can enjoy the shade if it gets too hot. In the living room and the kitchen there is electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, hand blender, coffee machines, all of household furniture, TV, stereo system and router for the WiFi Internet. There is air conditioning in every room. The price includes everything (electricity, cleaning, linen, towels, etc.). Unfortunately we don't accept domestic animals, but we permit smoking in the patio or at the terrace. Children are of course welcome.

When we receive your order, we will send you various documents, such as a contract for our common safety, the house's rules and standards with a lot of practical information and various recommendations.

The house is entered in the Registro de Turismo de Andalucía (VFT / GR00958) and meets all requirements for "Vivienda con Fines turísticos". This means that we must document all rentals under Spanish laws and tax requirements.

Hébergement alliant confort et authenticité

Un hébergement de qualité au sein d'une ville chargée d'histoire et authentique. Spacieuse cette maison de charme et restaurée je crois dans le style de Salobrena nous a comblé mon mari, mes amis et moi et répondu à toutes nos attentes. La maison est située non loin de la mer et à mi chemin de la crête du vaste massif rocheux où Salobrena se niche. Décorée avec soin et goût, on s’y sent tout de suite bien. L'organisation est parfaite et le propriétaire réactif aux suggestions et remarques. Un point fort : la vaste terrasse bien équipée et la vue. Notez que vos jambes seront votre meilleur atout pour accéder jusqu’à elle !

Geschmackvoll restauriertes Haus inmitten von Salobrena. Ruhige Lage, kein Autoverkehr, dafür hier und da ein Treppchen zu steigen. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Excellente location

La casa azul est une pure merveille. Parfaitement située dans le pueblo de Salobrena, ni trop haut, ni trop bas, elle bénéficie d'une vue imprenable sur la côte et la mer, et se trouve à une distance acceptable pour tout faire à pieds (plage, courses...). La maison sur 3 étages est spacieuse, très bien décorée, très propre et il ne manque rien. Le village est magnifique, un vrai village blanc d'Andalousie. Nous avons passé des vacances incroyables et nous serions ravis de revenir dans cette maison. Merci aux hôtes pour ce lieu magique !

Magnifique

Maison très propre,il ne manque absolument rien!Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en bord de mer.La plage est proche et les commerces également. Il y a les marches à monter pour accéder à la propriété mais on oublie vite quand on voit le beau point de vue qu'on a de la terrasse.A recommander!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location

Booked this for the terrace with views and was not disappointed. The house was spacious too (even some room for a bit of dancing to the great sound system) and has everything you could want, kitchen fully equipped (with plenty of good quality utensils) everything thought of, even down to sun cream and plasters! Absolutely first class experience, would love to come back. The town is also stunning, beaches a short walk away, restaurants serving incredible food (we took the advice of the owners so we got the best).

Estupendo

Me ha parecido una experiencia excelente para conocer de cerca como se vive en Salobreña. La casa está muy bien situada, con vistas espectaculares y muy completa tanto en su mobiliario como en sus servicios. El acceso con vehículo si está más complicado, también debido a unas obras que están ejecutando.

Great sunsets

Lovely home ,well equipped, everything you could want was provided. Property manager and the owner were very helpful. Couldn't ask for better.The weather cooperated, it was sunny all week, so many happy hours out on the terrace!Great spot near the beach and close for drives to Granada and Nerja.It was a good walk up to the house but 2 of us are 73 and one is 68 and we managed just fine.

Wonderful!

I do believe this is one of the best places to stay in Salobrena. The location is fantastic. You can enjoy living up the hill, but not to high, with a fantastic sea view. The interior is simply beautiful.The house had all the equipment we could wish for and more. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back someday.

Highly recommended!

Me and my husband stayed in "The Blue house" in September and had a wonderful week. The house is very charming with lots of space, very clean and has everything you need. The view from the terrace where you can have your dinner is outstanding!! We found parking place close by despite this house i in the center of the Old Town. It's walking distance to the sea and supermarkets and it's an exciting adventure to explore the Old Town it self by foot. I do highly recommend this house and would love to stay there again next time we come to Salobrena, hopefully for longer than only a week.

One of the best holidays in years ...

We have had here a terrific holiday. To start the weather was exceptionally good (in the meanwhile it was raining all the time in our hometown). There's also a lot to see in the neighbourhood : so we have been in Granada, Malaga, Frigiliana, Mijas and other beautiful villages/cities. And we may not forget our "home" : the comfort of the house is really outstanding! In the last ten years we've stayed in several houses, but we've never had such a comfortable AND clean house. Conclusion : a very pleasant holiday in a very pleasant surrounding. And it is clearly worth repeating!

This is the third accommodation we've stayed at in Salobrena and by far the best. A clean spacious house fully equipped with everything needed for a great holiday. Excellent location for beach, bars and restaurants. The downside is we only stayed for one week.

Super house in lovely setting

We spent 12 days here in February/March. Spacious house with lovely views. Very well equipped and scruprulously clean. Well situated for visits to the town and the beach. Superb terrace for eating out. Caretaker on hand with helpful local advice etc. Good value

We are a Norwegian couple in the fifties who bought this house in the summer of 2014. We have refurbished it outside and inside, but it is still a simple and rustic village house. For us, however, it is charming and we like it so. The village is also very charming. We recommend you explore the Old Town, with the Arab Castle, the medieval church and the historic museum. From the house you walk up to the castle in about 10-15 minutes (you can also drive a car), and this walk is really worth doing. From the castle you can enjoy unforgettable views of the sea, the green fields and the mountains of Sierra Nevada. From November to April, the peaks are covered with snow. Salobreña is one of the most beautiful villages in Spain!

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy this house primarily because it is located by the sea and in the province of Granada, an area we had previously visited repeatedly, providing countless opportunities for cultural and outdoor activities. When the choice fell on Salobreña, it was not accidental. The city is among Spain's most beautiful and the climate of this coast (Costa Tropical) is perhaps the mildest throughout Spain. From here it is also close to the mountains of Sierra Nevada, and large cities such as Granada and Malaga is about an hour away.

What makes this property unique

The reason why we fell for just this house was above all the layout, the view and the proximity to the beach. Unlike most houses in the old town, this one had a solution with two plans, with relatively large footprint. Both bedrooms on the ground floor and the living room and kitchen on the 1st floor are thus relatively large. In addition, the house has a nice patio and an inviting terrace with beautiful views.
