Stayed with my family for 4 nights. We had a great time and the pool was excellent. The hosts John and Sue were fantastic and very helpful. Lovely relaxing break.
Had a weeks stay in September. Luckily for us the weather was still warm and all enjoyed several afternoons on the patio dipping in and out of the pool.
Our hosts were just lovely - very warm and and friendly, and we felt most welcome and well looked after.
The property itself was homely and well kept, and was just the right size for our large family of five.
The village is nice and has all you need, but you should be ready for an hours drive to get to most local "family" day trips.
Would definitely return!
My family and I had a wonderful week. John and Sue were great hosts and I cannot recommend this property enough. It worked so well having a bedroom downstairs with the en suite for my mother so she didn’t have to climb the stairs! It was also an excellent base to explore the area. Thank you John and Sue for a great cottage.
We all throughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was the relaxing break we needed. From the minute we arrived John and Sue made us feel welcome and were happy to help with any questions we had. The cottage itself was charming, set in beautiful grounds and surprisingly spacious. The unlimited access to the pool was a big hit with the family and made our stay enjoyable even on rainy days. We will definitely visit again!
We had a really relaxing 9 day break with our 2 kids particularly enjoying the lovely swimming pool. There was plenty to interest us all nearby, for example day trips to Sandringham and Burghley. John and Sue were great hosts, made us feel most welcome and were really responsive.
From the moment we arrived it was clear that this was going to be a lovely stay.
We were welcomed by John and Sue who were the perfect hosts. Whatever we needed was on hand and, of course, private use of the pool was wonderful! On top of that the garden is absolutely beautiful and sitting out in the sunshine was a delight.
Our kids had a great time, (helped by good wi-fi and a great selection of DVDs) and we enjoyed everything from beach visits and shopping to nature walks and glass blowing on our outings.
Thank you so much for a fantastic break!
Lovely old cottage. Very comfortable. Beautiful garden and pool was a bonus.
Wonderful hosts, couldn't do enough for us. Welcome gifts were much appreciated. Thank you .
Amazing hosts, couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful.
Lovely cottage - large lounge with comfortable sofas, very comfy beds, one downstairs en suite bedroom great for putting kids to bed early or for older family members. Enclosed, large and very pretty garden - great for kids and dogs. BBQ and garden furniture provided.
North Norfolk beaches 30-50 mins away but also lots to do locally - hosts provide a great list of suggestions when you book.
Private heated pool was lovely - large enough for adults to do some proper swimming but also and has a shallow end so great for kids.
All together a lovely place for a relaxed stay - you could happily spend several days without leaving the cottage!
Beautiful cottage with picturesque views of the garden. The pool was a huge hit with the family and we can't wait to return at some point soon. Hosts were fabulous and couldn't do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you for having us.
We had a lovely stay at Delamore cottage for my birthday. The cottage and adjoining house are set in beautiful grounds and as we were lucky with the weather really enjoyed sitting out on the patio and admiring the surroundings. The pool was a great addition after a day out sightseeing.
The hosts are a really nice friendly couple.
We would definately visit again.
Lovely place with big garden and great sized pool. There were a couple of problems with the internet and hot water, emailed the owners and they were straight on, couldn’t have been sorted any faster, really impressed. Owners are a couple that live next door, they are truly lovely and would do anything to help.
The cottage is beautiful, equipped with everything you need and very clean. The pool was a great bonus and was used each day. We explored the area and had great days out despite the rainy weather. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.
Five adults (and small dog) spent a long weekend in this delightful, comfortable and well-equipped cottage. We enjoyed the lovely garden and used the pool every day. Sue and John are great hosts - warm and friendly - and a small plumbing problem was fixed amazingly quickly. The ceilings are high, but if you're over 6 foot tall watch out for the doorways!
Characterful cottage which was perfect for our stay. Lovely greeting on arrival from Sue and a welcoming basket of goodies. Couldn’t have wished for more. Added bonus was the lovely swimming pool which was well used and the calming garden. A piece of heaven on a sunny day
Stayed here as a family of 3 with an 11 year old child. We loved the property, very clean and well equipped. The pool was fantastic well maintained and very clean.
John and Sue were perfect hosts, and on hand to give recommendations locally. It’s an idyllic spot, gardens are beautiful and we had a lovely relaxing time.
Thanks John and Sue

Pool was a God send
The property is in a small town that is at least 45 - 60 mins to any attractions. Exclusive use of the indoor swimming pool was an absolute God send, the children used it at least twice a day and loved it. The owners, who live next door were very friendly and obliging.
Just spent a lovely week here. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and helpful. House was lovely, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful enclosed garden for the dog to run around in. Pool was a real hit. Great base to explore local areas such as Hunstanton, Heacham and Sandringham. Thank you!
We had a very enjoyable stay. The hosts made us feel very welcome without being intrusive. The kids loved the pool and the dog loved the enclosed garden. Beds were really comfy and there was plenty of space to hang out indoors on the rainy days. Totally worth 5 stars
