6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, Elevator, 4th house from beach

This newer Mashura Burger construction is just steps from the beach. Completed January 2016. Featuring 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths and a bonus room that can be used as a 6th bedroom or second family room. With 3 bedrooms that have their own private bath and deck, this is the perfect home for 2 or 3 families to share. The first floor is the bonus room with a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen tv and full bath. The second floor features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, 2 masters (one king, one queen) plus two kids rooms with a pyramid bunk, plus extra single mattress underneath in each. All bedrooms have cable tv's. The top floor is where you will find the kitchen, living room and dining room. There is also a master bedroom with a king bed and flat screen tv off the kitchen. This is one of the few beach block rentals with an elevator, what more could you ask for!

Most people do not rent out Mashura Burger homes. Many of the renters last summer told me the house was nicer than what is presented on VRBO. Agents have told me it's the nicest beach block rental in Sea Isle. Wish I could figure out how to present it better than I already do.

The house is well equipped with more amenities than most rentals. New additions include 6 bikes plus a tandem bike. One bike has an infant seat. And a Tarpon ocean kayak.
