Falta arreglar bastantes cosas

La casa necesita unos arreglos. La parte de abajo los colchones son pésimos, huele a humedad, la ducha y el lavabo no tragan agua. La parte superior está mejor, aún así en la TV no se ven los canales, muchas de las bombillas están fundidas. En la parte exterior de la piscina hay 2 fregaderos que están rotos, cae el agua por los tubos. Una de las puertas exteriores de acceso no funciona bien el motor.

Estancia Moraira- agosto 21

El alojamiento de la parte superior está bastante bien, pero el de la parte inferior huele a humedad y las camas son bastante malas. La zona de la piscina es estupenda, con la cocina de verano, que resulta muy útil, pero por la noche aparecían ratas en el jardín, algo difícil de controlar por el propietario , pero que que incomoda bastante la estancia. La playa y el pueblo de Moraira están muy bien y en coche llegas en 5 minutitos. En general la estancia ha sido buena y quitando las cosillas que he comentado, todo ha estado fenomenal.

Estancia tranquila

La planta superior y la parcela muy bien acondicionada. La planta inferior en peor estado y con olor a humedad. También tuvimos problemas con el desagüe que aunque vino el chico de mantenimiento , no se solucionó.

Moriara 2019 Beautiful!!!

We spent 2 weeks at this villa and had a great time. The upper level of the villa where the pool and summer kitchen was beautiful. We spent our days lazing around the pool and our evenings socialising in the outside kitchen/ bar/ eating area. The villa itself is really well equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare food and there were plenty of glasses etc. We also found it really useful having the outside shower / toilet room. Definitely saved the kids needing to go in and out of villa wet. Moriara itself is beautiful and the views from the villa are amazing. Being August it was busy, but lovely. Ws had an amazing meal at Ca Pepe and also Bar 21 which was close to villa. A car is essential to get around and to the supermarket. All in all a lovely holiday was had by all!!!

Great house and host

We stayed in the house for two months during the summer. Its situated in a nice and peaceful neighborhood just five minutes drive from Moraira city center. The property is will kept. The apartment on the upper floor is of a better standard then the one on the first floor, but both are nice. We had friends and familiy visiting during the summer, and everyone loved the house. The outside area are close to perfect, with a nice pool, lots of space and a brilliant bar area with a summer kitchen. We had very few problems during our stay, but if anything happened Olivier was very helpful and every issue was solved right away. He has a nice couple, Louis and Valerie, looking after the property and making sure the guest gets help when needed. Louis cleans the pool regulary and Valerie got us in touch with people who cleaned the house for us once a week at a fair price.

Cette villa est très agréable. La piscine et la cuisine extérieure sont un véritable plus. Seul bemol: une climatisation dans chaque chambre de l'appartement du bas serait la bienvenue. Cette location est bien située par rapport aux villes alentours et aux plages.

Nice and cosy finca in quiet neighbourhood

We had a pleasant stay in July 2018 at this place. The pool area with outside kitchen/bar is a real treat. We spend most of the days in this area of the plot.

EXTRA!

Villa, jardin et piscine magnifique. Tout confort, avec superbe vue. Le jardin d'été a été mon petit coup de coeur...cuisiner, boire un verre tout en étant bien à l'ombre au bord de la piscine. Même en mai, l'eau de la piscine était entre 25 et 26 degrés, alors que la température extérieure oscillait entre 20 et 24, grâce à la bache prévue pour chauffer l'eau plus rapidement. J'y retournerai! Mercii aux propriétaires pour l'entretien parfait!

Magnifiques vacances ! Magnifique villa !

Villa au top à tous les niveaux : confort, localisation, fonctionnalités, équipements. Superbe vue, magnifiques terrasses fleuries et jardin d'arbres fruitiers. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cuisine d'été au bord de la piscine ! Bref je conseille vivement cette villa et nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Mieux que sur les photos

Très agréable surprise, la Villa est vraiment beaucoup plus belle que sur les photos. Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment en famille. On compte y revenir. Que du bonheur....

Superbe séjour passé à Moraira. C'est intime , c'est un endroit où il fait bon vivre...la cuisine d'été est géniale... En tout cas on a de la place....(4chambres), maison très bien équipée. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr car ,en plus, la région vaut bien quelques visites...

Petit coin de paradis

Sur les hauteurs et à quelques minutes en voiture de Moraira,nous avons pleinement profiter de nos vacances. Des que nous avons ouvert de la porte de la propriété ,nous sommes tombés sous le charme de ce lieu !La piscine est superbe,juste à côté d'une cuisine extérieure très bien équipée et spacieuse.La villa est très bien entretenue, agréable avec une terrasse vue sur la mer. Idéale pour une ou deux familles,car cette villa dispose de 4 chambres.C.est certain nous y retournerons..
