There are three double sized and one single sized bedrooms.Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom an there are also two additional toilets/shower rooms.Furnished to a high standard throughout and WIFI internet access included.Dining areas both inside and outside.Kitchen fully equipped 6 sun beds around 8 m by 4m pool.Portable barbecue in pool area.Situated 100 metres from Bonalba clubhouse and Spa. A car is essential and beaches and supermarkets are less than 10 minutes drive.Restaurants nearby.Generally a very peaceful,quiet location.

Very nice house in a quiet area
About the host
Hosted by Steve Foster
Retired company director. Wife is a sun worshipper and I am a golf fanatic therefore we get the best of both worlds spending approximately three months each year in sunny Spain.
Why they chose this property
We bought this villa because it was so quiet yet central. It's so close to the beaches, Alicante City Centre, Golf courses (with Bonalba Golf on our doorstep) and only 25 minutes drive from Alicante airport.
What makes this property unique
We enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle and the laid back way of life within a very peaceful setting.
