This villa is in one of the best location in Paphos and within the Coral Bay protected area on top of the beach and 5 Minutes To Coral Bay Main High Street with all the shops, bars and restaurants. The sea is below the house via private steps and you can sleep at night listening to the waves breaking!
The house is fully equipped with high speed WIFI and is fully air conditioned. The gardens are very mature and are a tranquil place to relax with a drink with several covered verandas to relax on.

I have built the villa in 1982 as I fell in love with Coral Bay. The Villa has been the family summer holiday home for many years but now the kids are grown and the house is a shame to leave empty so I want other families to enjoy the house and the great location for their holidays

I built the Villa in 1982 due to beautiful location of Coral Bay. it was the 11th house to be built on the bay

You have direct access to the beach via your own private steps and the mature gardens make it a small haven to relax on the veranda with a drink.
