Summer cottage with pool and breathtaking views, Gargano National Park

A beautiful holiday solution immersed in the Mediterranean scrub of the Gargano National Park. The new property complex counts two apartment in a semi-detached cottage of 60 sqms and one independent cottage : 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a washing machine and an open plan living space which comprises of a sofa , a dining area for 4 people with TV and kitchen overlooking the olive grove sweeping to the bay. Casalibera is located in a private property set on a hill surrounded by olive and almond trees. The closest beach is 5 kms away from the property. . Indoor and outdoor living seamlessly combine due to the bright rooms easily accessible through a wide terrace/solarium with a breathtaking view. All linen and towels provided. The rental is in a semi-detached cottage which comprises another apartment that may be occupied by other guests. On the same area there is an additional cottage and the owners' house. The pool is not heated and open from 1st of June until 30th of September. The apartments and the independent cottage have not air-conditioning but are provided with fans.

Very comfortable and a great view

The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The terrace was my favourite place. Big with a great view over the coast. Perfect for an evening drink. The hosts are very welcoming and made us feel very much at home. We loved it.

Très belle vue sur la mer

Emplacement superbe avec une très belle vue mer,les propriétaires sympathiques. Très difficile à trouver le gîte,le GPS nous emmène dans la rue puis aucune indication sur le portail de l’entrée,nous avions le gîte non mitoyen,pas de verres à vin,grille pains,fer à repasser des années 70,cafetière trop petite pour 4 personnes,pas de penderie dans une chambre donc pas très bien équipé,Dommage car l’emplacement et la piscine est un plus

Gargano zur Orchideenzeit

Mein Bruder und ich waren Anfang April, zur Orchideenzeit, zu Gast bei Familie Trotta. Das ganze Anwesen ist einfach wunderbar, super in Schuss und der Ausblick ins Tal und auf das Meer könnte schöner nicht sein. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und dabei sehr diskret. Für uns war das Anwesen, als Ausgangspunkt für unsere täglichen Touren, im gesamten Garganogebiet bestens gelegen. Wer also einen Ort sucht, der viel Ruhe und etwas Abgeschiedenheit bietet, wird hier sehr glücklich werden. Sollte es uns mal wieder an den Gargano "verschlagen", werden wir sicher wieder versuchen bei Familie Trotta zu Gast zu sein. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit die wir dort verbringen durften.

Amazing place, breathtaking views and great hosts

We loved our short holiday in Mattinata in this remote and idyllic location. On arrival, we were greeted by Maria and her father Matteo. The property was clean and pleasant but most of all, the views from the terrace absolutely amazing. We wish we could have stayed longer! Great value for money too!

Urlaub auf Italienisch

Das Feriengelände der Familie Trotta ist einfach wunderbar! Es liegt im Talkessel etwas oberhalb des italienischen Städtchens Mattinata. Man hat einen herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Berge. Ja, der Gargano ist ein Gebirge. Wer also nicht gerne steile Serpentinen fährt oder sehr viel Angst vor Höhe hat, der fährt vielleicht lieber an die südlicheren Küsten Apuliens. Für alle anderen findet man hier Ruhe und traditionelle italienische Lebensart. Man kann wunderbar die Natur erkunden oder die vielen kleinen Orte verteilt rund um den Gargano. Wer gern lang schläft nutzt dazu die Abendstunden ab ca. 18 Uhr. Dann erst beginnt wieder die Geschäftigkeit auf den Corsos und Piazzas der Dörfer. Zuvor kann man ab etwa 13 Uhr die Ruhe geniessen, durch menschenleere malerische Altstädte spazieren, wandern oder einen der fantastischen Strände erkunden. Essen kann man auch ganz herrvoragend (nicht nur in Mattinata!). Die Familie Trotta ist ganz bezaubernd und diskret. Es hat sich angefühlt als wären wir ganz allein. Wir hatten aber auch den Luxus, dass unsere Doppelferienhaushälfte nicht vermietet war. Aber auch wenn dort jemand wohnte haben die Trottas das Gelände so aufgeteilt, dass jeder seinen ganz eigenes Refugium hat. Es gibt einen überdachten Carport und das Gelände ist mit einem Tor gesichert. Auch ein eigener kleiner Padre Pio wacht über das Ferienhaus. Wir können das wirklich nur empfehlen wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung abseits der touristischen Massen sucht. Wer bereit ist ein bisschen Auto zu fahren kann hier viel entdecken und erleben oder einfach auf der herrlichen Terrasse massenweise Bücher in der Sonne verschlingen. Vielen Dank für die tollen Ferien an Familie Trotta!!

Petite maison dans belle propriété avec magnifique vue sur mer à 180°

4 nuits dans cette maisonette très propre avec bonne literie, belle salle de bain et terasse avec splendide vue mer (dommage qu'en octobre les soirées soient un peu fraîches...). Bon accueil des propriétaires mais la propriété est un peu difficile à trouver en arrivant de nuit, malgré les coordonnées gps. Très bon séjour à 2 couples. À recommander.

Sehr schoene Unterkunft fuer Paare, Familien, Kleingruppe, schoen gelegen mit wunderbaren Blick

Sehr schoenes Gelaende mit Terrasse, Garten und Pool, ruhig, ein bisschen ablegen, Notwendigkeit eines Schildes, um das Objekt leichter zu finden. Viel Platz auch in der Wohnung, freundliche, hilfsbereite VermieterInnen.

fantastische Aussichten

Das Haus ist sauber und sehr ordentlich. Es gibt eine Terrasse direkt am Haus mit einer fantastischen Aussicht auf die Landschaft und das Meer. Der Garten ist groß und gepflegt, mit einer Rasenfläche und vielen verschiedenen Pflanzen. Vom sehr gepflegten Pool aus hat man ebenfalls eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben viele Ausflugstipps und Anregungen bekommen.

Fantastic

A beautiful setting and immaculate accommodation. We tried all of Maria’s recommended places to visit , eat and enjoyed everything. The area is unspoilt by mass tourism , the local town was a lovely place and the locals so friendly and welcoming. We will be be revisiting !

Ruhe pur mit herrlicher Aussicht

Die Buchung verlief sehr unkomplziert, da wir direkt mit der Tochter des Hauses kommunizieren konnten, die gut deutsch spricht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und freundlich! Beim Hausherrn durfte man vom ungespritzten Obst probieren. Wir haben uns bestens umsorgt gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist phantastisch und lädt zum Träumen ein. Insgesamt eine absolut gelungene Ferienwoche für die wir uns sehr herzlich bei den Gastgebern bedanken!

Schönes Haus, toller Blick

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie (4 erwachsene Personen) im April dort und hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt. An den ersten Tagen war es recht kalt, da waren wir über die gut funktionierende Heizung, die ja nicht selbstverständlich ist, sehr dankbar. Später konnten wir dann auf die Heizung verzichten und uns über die schönen Außenanlagen mit dem unglaublichen Blick erfreuen. Vielen Dank!

Tolle Ferienhäuser in traumhafter Lage

Lage: - traumhaft inmitten von Olivenhainen gelegen - ca. 5 Autominuten von Mattinata entfernt - auf dem Grundstück gibt es 2 unabhängige Ferienhäuser und einen gemensam nutzbaren Pool Ferienhaus: - sehr schön und sauber mit toller Aussicht von der Terrasse auf die Bucht von Mattinata - Bad, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnraum mit Kochnische, Kühlschrank, Gasherd, Toaster - überdachte Terrasse und Außendusche (warm)

een heerlijke plaats om te verblijven. Prachtige locatie en heel vriendelijke eigenaars !

Een toplocatie en zalig met het zwembad- relatief basic inrichting. Wat meer keukengerief zou handig zijn. Fantastisch onthaal door de eigenaars die heel gul en hartelijk zijn. Het was fijn om in het Italiaans te kunnen discussiëren en praten over van alles en nog wat. grazie mille!

Traumhafter Urlaub im Gargano

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in toller Lage auf einer Anhöhe über Mattinata. Man hat eine wundervolle Aussicht auf die Stadt und das Meer. Wenn man Ruhe abseits der Touristenpfade sucht ist, ist diese Unterkunft bestens geeignet für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen, der Empfang von den Gastgebern war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit.
